実施例 第1図において、1及び2はバルブ(バタフラ
イバルブを図示しているが他の型式のボールバル
ブ等でもよい)、3はバルブ駆動用アクチユエー
タ、4はリンク機構、5は切離し装置、6はチエ
ツキ弁、7は入り側バルブ、8は入り側バルブ駆
動用アクチユエータ、9は出側バルブ、10は出
側バルブ駆動用アクチユエータである。このよう
な装置において、入り側バルブ7には加圧された
窒素ガス等の不燃性ガスが供給される。緊急事態
発生と同時に自動的もしくは操作員よりの信号に
より、バルブ1,2はバルブ駆動用アクチユエー
タ3及びリンク機構4により閉鎖される。バルブ
1,2の閉鎖位置はリツトスイツチ(図示せず)
により検出されその信号によりバルブ7,9がア
クチユエータ8,10によつて開かれる。この時
入り側バルブ7側のラインには常時加圧された不
燃性ガスが供給されており、入り側バルブ7が開
かれることにより不燃性ガスはバルブ1,2の間
へ流入し出側バルブ9を通してバルブ1,2の間
の液もしくは気体を排出する。排出が完了すると
同時にバルブ7,8を閉じ切離し装置5を働かせ
ることにより切離す。これによりバルブ1,2の
間の液もしくは気体は外部へ流出することなく回
収出来る。排出された液もしくは気体は出側バル
ブ9に接続された配管等により陸側もしくは船側
のドレンもしくはタンクのラインへ戻すかもしく
はローデイングアームもしくは桟橋上に常設され
たタンクは戻すことが出来る。

At this time, pressurized nonflammable gas is constantly supplied to the line on the inlet side valve 7 side, and when the inlet side valve 7 is opened, the nonflammable gas flows into between valves 1 and 2, and the inflammable gas flows into the line on the outlet side valve 7. The liquid or gas between valves 1 and 2 is discharged through 9. At the same time as the discharge is completed, the valves 7 and 8 are closed and the disconnection device 5 is operated to disconnect the gas. Thereby, the liquid or gas between the valves 1 and 2 can be recovered without flowing out to the outside. The discharged liquid or gas can be returned to the drain or tank line on the land side or ship side through piping connected to the outlet valve 9, or it can be returned to a tank permanently installed on the loading arm or pier.

発明の効果 緊急時に管路を切離す前に、2個のバルブの間
に残つている流体を不燃性ガスで置換するので、
管路を切離す際にバルブ間の流体が外部に流出せ
ず、安全な切離しを行うことができる。
