In the conventional wet construction method, when considered from a process perspective, building work and equipment work such as piping and wiring are closely related, and when performing both works, it is necessary to perform them alternately. It was hot. For this reason, if one side's construction was delayed, the other had to wait, and poor coordination could significantly lengthen the construction period.

The dry method is well known as a method that can eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional wet method. When constructing a tile panel wall using the conventional dry construction method, a base frame material is attached to the building frame, and a frame made of lightweight section steel or the like is fixed to this base frame material to form the frame of the room. Then, the substrate of the tile panel, which is made of a pre-fabricated substrate and tiles, is screwed to the frame made of the lightweight section steel or the like to obtain a tile panel wall surface.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, the conventional dry construction method had the following drawbacks. That is, before erecting the tile panels, it is necessary to assemble a frame for fixing the tile panels to the building frame to form the skeleton of the intended room. As a result, the cost of forming the frame of the room was high.

Furthermore, the method of fixing this type of tile panel to the frame from the front side with screws was not preferred because the heads of the screws were visible, resulting in an unsightly appearance. For this reason, when attaching a tile panel to a frame, bolts protrude from the back side of the tile panel, and workers who enter the back side fasten them to the frame with nuts. It was done. Therefore, in the past, there was at least enough space on the back side of the tile panel to perform the specified work;
In order to fix the frame to the building frame, a space corresponding to the thickness of the base frame material attached to the building frame was required. For this reason, the tile panel wall surface is installed at a position separated by the space from the building frame, and it is unavoidable that the effective indoor space is reduced by that amount.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, conventional tile panels
Workers tighten nuts to the frame on the back side of the tile panels, but this tightening is done away from the connection between the tile panels, so
The strength of the connection was weak. Therefore, when a certain tile panel is subjected to an impact after construction, the positional shift occurs on the tile surface side at the connection between the tile panel and the tile panel connected to it, resulting in joint breakage or joint falling out. There was an accident.

Furthermore, conventional tile panels also have the disadvantage that the tile surfaces of each tile panel are uneven due to dimensional accuracy of the panel itself, misalignment of the frame during construction, and the like.

The present invention improves and eliminates the above-mentioned problems of the conventional art, and allows construction to be carried out from the inside of the room without forming a frame with base frame material, and also eliminates the occurrence of misalignment of the tile surface. Another object of the present invention is to provide a connection structure for a tile panel structure that does not expose screws, connecting members, etc. on the surface of the tile, and allows the thickness of the tile to be freely changed.

Therefore, the means adopted by the present invention to solve the above problem consists of a frame made of lightweight section steel or the like framed in a predetermined shape, a water-impermeable substrate fixed to the frame, and a surface of this substrate. A structure for connecting tile panel structures consisting of a large number of tiles arranged and adhered to each other, the frame having a structure in which a predetermined gap is maintained between the frame and the substrate at the center of both left and right end surfaces of the frame, and the thickness of the frame is forming protrusions thinner than the tile panel structure, and making the left and right end surfaces of the frame, the substrate, and the tile of the tile panel structure substantially flush with each other, and forming the protrusions on the opposing protrusions of adjacent tile panel structures; Connecting members having an H-shaped cross section are fitted and installed, and the gap between the substrates and tiles of adjacent tile panel structures is made the same size as the joint width.

A protruding strip 1 is formed at the center of the left and right side end surfaces of the frame 2 with a slight gap between the frame 2 and the substrate 3.
5 is provided. As shown in FIG. 10, this gap is for fitting and mounting a connecting member 16 having an H-shaped cross section between it and the back side of the substrate 3. A large number of tiles 6 are arranged and pasted on the front side of the substrate 3. As a result, a tile panel structure (hereinafter simply referred to as a structure) 1 is manufactured.
In this structure 1, the left and right end surfaces of the frame 2, the left and right end surfaces of the substrate 3, and the side end surfaces of the tiles located at the left and right ends are flush with each other.
This is to ensure that when the left and right end surfaces of the component 1 come into contact with other members during transportation, etc., the frame 2 should come into contact with them as much as possible to prevent damage to the substrate 3 and tiles 2 as much as possible. belongs to.

To build up the corner portion, the exposed lower end edge side non-attached portion 5 of the frame 2 of the structure 1 is fitted into a runner member 7 corresponding to a certain planned wall surface. After doing so, this time it continues to the wall surface,
In addition, the non-attached portion 5 on the edge side of the lower end of the newly prepared structure 1 is fitted into the runner member 7 corresponding to an adjacent wall surface different from the above. Thereafter, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 8, the corner connecting member 9, which has a U-shaped cross section and an L shape when viewed from above, is attached to the upper end edges of the structures 1, 1 on both wall surfaces. Fit into the side non-attaching parts 4 and 5. This results in a temporary erected state, and the structural bodies 1, 1 can stand on their own for the time being. However, since the structural bodies 1, 1 are still insufficiently fixed, their lower edges are attached to the runner member 7.
and the structural bodies 1, 1, and the upper edge portions of the structural bodies 1, 1 and the connecting member 9 are respectively tightened and fixed with screws 10 or the like (see FIGS. 7 and 8).

Next, a new structure 1 is prepared, and the non-attached portion 5 on the lower edge side is fitted into the runner member 7, and the protruding strip 15 on the end surface on the frame side is connected as shown in FIG. The member 16 is fitted into the member 16. Due to this fitting, a gap with a joint width is formed between the substrates 3, 3 and the tiles 6, 6 of the constituent bodies 1, 1. After that, from this state, construct 1,
A connecting member 11 having a U-shaped cross section and a straight line shown in FIG. Then, the runner member 7 and the newly arranged structure 1 are connected and fixed with the screws 10, etc., and the structures 1, 1 and the connection member 11 are connected with the screws 10, etc.
Connect and fix with etc. Thereafter, the above-mentioned procedure is repeated to connect the structural bodies 1 one after another, and as shown in FIG. 7, the runner member 7 on the indoor side is covered with the decorative board 14 to complete the installation. Note that filling the joints between the structures 1 with caulking material after the construction is completed is the same as in the conventional method. In this case, the connecting member 16 having an H-shaped cross section in this embodiment functions as a back-up material for the caulking material and facilitates the filling operation with the caulking material.

In this way, according to the structure 1 of this embodiment, it is possible to sequentially erect tile panel wall surfaces that can stand on their own from the surface side of the structure 1. Furthermore, at the connecting portion between the structural bodies 1, the connecting member 16 having an H-shaped cross section serves to make the tile surfaces of the adjacent structural bodies 1, 1 flush with each other. Also, the connecting member 16
is located between the structural bodies 1, 1 and functions as a backup material for the caulking material, and after being filled with the caulking material, this connecting member 16 is not directly visible from the indoor side. That is,
It is possible to obtain a tile panel surface with excellent appearance.

As explained above, in the present invention, the tile panel structure can be installed only from the front side of the structure, eliminating the need for work space on the back side. Effective use of space can be achieved. Furthermore, when constructing a tile panel wall surface using this tile panel structure, even if both construction work and equipment work are performed, the construction work is not limited by the equipment work on the back side of the tile panel structure. Since the construction work can be carried out independently without being affected, and there is no confusion between the two works, it is possible to improve and shorten the length of the construction period caused by delays in one of the works. be.

Furthermore, there is no need to assemble a frame in advance to form the skeleton of the room, as is the case with the conventional method, which reduces costs and simplifies work. Furthermore, one tile wall surface can be formed from a plurality of tile panel structures, and a large room can be easily completed with a small number of people (two people) in a relatively short time.

Furthermore, since the connecting portions of the tile panel components are connected via connecting members having an H-shaped cross section corresponding to the protrusions provided on the end faces of the frames, there is no need for a strong connection between the connecting portions. This results in no misalignment between the tile panel structures. Therefore, there are no accidents such as joint breakage or joint falling, and uneven tile surfaces between the constituent bodies, and therefore, the present invention can provide a tile wall surface that is aesthetically superior. Furthermore, the connecting member having an H-shaped cross section functions as a backup material for the caulking material and facilitates the filling operation.

In addition, the connecting member, which has an H-shaped cross section, is fitted between the board and the frame, and is not exposed to the indoor side, so the appearance is not spoiled and the thickness of the tile can be easily changed. It is possible to do so. That is, by simply changing the thickness of the tiles attached to the substrate, different types of tile panel structures can be easily manufactured, providing excellent flexibility for design changes.

Furthermore, the left and right end surfaces of the frame, substrate, and tile are flush with each other, so even if the tile panel structure comes into contact with other members during transportation, the tile and substrate will remain separate. We are trying to prevent these defects by making sure that there is no contact between them.
