    ８の外壁１１の一側部に開放用係止部３６を設け
    ると共に、前記外壁１１の上部の一側部に、ヒン
    ジ部４１を介して前記筒体８の上部を閉鎖できる
    蓋体４２を回動自在に設け、この蓋体４２には、
    開放用係合部４４を設け、この開放用係合部４４
    は、前記開放用係止部３６に係止して、前記蓋体
    ４２を開放位置に保持できる係合部に形成し、そ
    して、前記筒体８の上端部は、前記開放位置にあ
    る蓋体４２よりも上方に突出するように形成する
    と共に、前記筒体８の上端部は、閉蓋状態で台等
    に載置できる面に形成し、蓋体４２の上面４３は
