(Summary of the invention) The small electric motor of the invention includes a case and a pole forming a magnetic circuit, a conductive part consisting of a bobbin made of an insulating material, a winding wound around the bobbin, and a winding lead. A small electric motor comprising a stator having a cover that insulates the case, a pole, and a conductive part, and a rotor rotatably supported on the inner peripheral surface of the stator through a small gap, wherein the bobbin is A space for winding and a space for attaching leads are separated by an intermediate wall, an outer wall is disposed opposite to the intermediate wall via a space for attaching leads, and the outer wall is connected to the intermediate space via a flexible connecting part. A block having ears extending outward beyond the wall is integrally formed, and a groove corresponding to one side of the lead through which the lead is inserted is formed in this block so as to communicate with the lead mounting space. At the same time, the lead attachment space is formed slightly deeper only in a portion that substantially corresponds to the block,
Further, a groove corresponding to the other side surface of the lead for inserting the lead is formed in a portion of the cover facing the ear of the block, and the ear of the block is engaged with the groove of the cover. The lead is led from the lead mounting space to the outside through a lead outlet formed in the lead mounting space.

(Embodiment of the invention) In the invention, the winding space 4-8 of the bobbin 4 on which the winding 5 is wound is arranged between the winding spaces 4-8 as shown in FIGS. The side wall 4-1 and the intermediate wall 4-2 are separated from the lead mounting space 4-9 by the wall 4-2, and the width of the lead mounting space 4-9 is set to a minimum value sufficient for inserting the lead 6. The distance between the wires is increased, and the bottom portion 4-12 is formed to have a small diameter so that a sufficient amount of copper can be accommodated within the winding space 4-8.

Further, a rectangular block 4-5 having an ear portion extending radially outward from the outer peripheral surface is provided on a part of the outer wall 4-5 facing the intermediate wall 4-2 forming the lead attachment space 4-9. 3 is separated from the outer wall 4-5 by a radial slit, and the base of this block 4-3 is defined as a lead attachment space 4-5.
9, the outer wall 4- is adjacent to the bottom 4-13.
The block 4 is integrally connected to the block 5 through a flexible connecting portion 4-4 as shown in FIGS. 2a to 2c.
-3 can be bent outward in a direction perpendicular to the outer wall 4-5, and this block 4-3 has two pieces shaped so as to correspond to one side of the lead 6 so that the block 4-3 can pass through a predetermined lead 6 in the mounted state. When the block 4-3 is mounted vertically as shown in FIG. By joining the end faces of the side walls 4-7, a small hole through which the lead 6 is inserted is formed between the side wall 4-7 and the U-groove 4-6.
