69404号は同じく巻線端と引出線とを直接接続する
構成ではあるが、コイルボビンの鍔を厚肉として該厚肉
部に引出線を這わせる比較的長い円周方向を主体とする
溝を形成して引出線を貫挿させる事で溝の壁面との摩擦
を抜去力確保の手段とするものである。これらの構成
は、いずれもリードブッシュに形成された溝の内壁や角
と引出線の表面との摩擦抵抗力を利用したもので、一般
的に絶縁性樹脂部材の成型によるリードブッシュの構成
から溝幅のばらつき等による抜去力の低下を無視できな
いのが実状であった。
