[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention is a joint cover (hereinafter simply referred to as a cover) that serves as a decorative and waterproof material for the joints when forming the vertical joints of a wall for covering. It is related to. [Prior Art] Generally, when panels are used to form a wall for covering, so-called joints are formed where the ends of the panels face each other, and a cover that serves as a waterproofing material or a decorative material is applied to these joints. It is common for the concrete to be installed. In other words, conventionally used covers are made by laying a cover wider than the joint width, and fixing the cover by driving a nail through the top of the cover, or by hooking the lower end to the side joint of the panel. ,
Covers whose upper ends are fixed with nails or the like, or those in which joint material is simply filled in the gaps between joints, are generally known. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, when vertical joints are formed as described above, fixing tools such as nails are exposed on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance, being inferior in waterproofness and workability, and causing problems such as earthquakes. There was a risk that the cover would come off. [Means for solving the problem] In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention provides a joint cover locking body (padding board) having a fitting groove.
A decorative piece with a narrow width is formed by forming board material using rolls, presses, etc. to correspond to the shape of the decorative end of the panel. A decorative surface portion consisting of a lower edge that bends both ends of the decorative piece inward and extends to the center of the back surface of the decorative piece; a rising part formed with a height corresponding to the height, a fitting groove formed by the rising part, and a continuous or plural fitting piece provided on the rising part and protruding so as to be insertable inward. The vertical section is formed into a substantially Π shape, and the decorative surface part is provided with a horizontal joint cover piece whose lower end is bent inward at a height corresponding to the step of the panel, and the upper end is bent inward at a height corresponding to the step of the panel. By protruding a decorative piece on the edge to form a waterproof piece, you can simply engage the fitting part of the cover with the joint cover locking body.
Improved waterproofness, aesthetics, and ease of construction.
This proposes a cover that does not cause withdrawal, etc. [Embodiment] An embodiment of the cover according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned cover. 1 is the cover, and the cross section is approximately Π by roll forming, press forming, or injection molding.
It is molded into a shape. More specifically, the cover 1 is made of a plate thickness and material that can exhibit elasticity, such as a metal plate (color steel plate, PVC steel plate, aluminum plate, etc.).
The cross-sectional shape is formed from a synthetic resin material (stainless steel plate, copper plate, etc.) or a synthetic resin material. That is, the cover 1 includes a decorative surface part 2 , a fitting part 4 protruding from the center of the back surface along the longitudinal direction, a horizontal joint cover piece 8 provided at the lower edge of the decorative surface part 2 , and an upper end. It is formed from a waterproof piece 9 formed on the edge. Cosmetic surface part 2
is the decorative surface A 1 ~ of panel A as shown in FIG.
Cosmetic pieces 2a to 2d formed in a rectangular shape with a narrow width and a shape corresponding to A 4 , and the cosmetic piece 2
It consists of a lower edge 2e that is bent inward from a to 2d and extended to the vicinity of the center of the back surface of the decorative surface portion 2 . The lengths of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are L 1 and L 2 , and the lengths of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are
The heights of c and 2d are H 1 and H 2 , the angle between the decorative pieces 2a and 2c is θ 1 , the angle between the decorative pieces 2b and 2d is θ 2 , and the decorative surface of panel A shown in FIG. A1 ,
The width of A 2 is l 1 , l 2 , the height of decorative surfaces A 3 and A 4 is h 1 , h 2 ,
If the angle of decorative surfaces A 1 and A 3 is θ 3 and the angle of decorative surfaces A 2 and A 4 is θ 4 , then L 1 ≒ l 1 , L 2 ≒ l 2 , H 1 ≒ h 1 , H 2
h 2 , θ 13 , θ 24 , and the shape corresponds to the decorative end of panel A. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 (cross-sectional view of FIG. 1), the width of the decorative surface portion 2 is W, the thickness is t, and the plate thickness is Δt.
If the width of the vertical joint γ shown in Fig. 5 is W 1 , then W>
W 1 is a narrow width, for example, 10mm≦W≦30mm,
The relationship is 2Δt≦t≦3Δt. This minimizes the level difference between the decorative surface of panel A and the cover 1 , makes the vertical joints less noticeable, and improves aesthetics. Reference numeral 3 denotes a step portion, which is provided when the panel A has a step difference of two or more steps. The fitting part 4 has a lower edge 2e (in the figure, a decorative piece 2a,
For example, turn the lower edge 2e) of 2b with the tip outward.
A rising part 5 bent at 90 degrees and protruding, and gradually increasing in height from the upper end to the lower end to form a slope, and a fitting groove 6 formed by both rising parts 5;
The fitting piece 7 is formed by protruding inwardly from the surface of the rising portion 5 (into the fitting groove 6), for example, by bending the tip of the rising portion 5 inward. That is, two rising portions 5 are provided protruding from the center of the back surface of the decorative surface portion 2 , and the height thereof is equal to that of the panel A.
It is determined by the inclination angle of the decorative surface and the joint cover locking body B to which the cover 1 is attached. Further, the fitting groove 6 is connected to an engaging portion 1 consisting of a protruding piece 11 and an engaging piece 12 of a joint cover locking body B, which will be described later.
It functions as a gap and a guide for engaging 0. Although the rising portions 5 are continuous in the figure, they can be provided at appropriate intervals, and whether the height of the engaging portion 10 of the joint cover locking body B is the same or sloped depends on the cover. The choice is made depending on the shape of the rising portion 5 of No. 1 . Furthermore, the fitting piece 7 has a shape as shown in FIG .
It is for fixing on panel A, and although it is shown in a continuous form in the figure, it can also be provided partially, and the shape, width, and number of installed pieces are arbitrary. In addition, the height H from the lower edge 2e to the fitting piece 7 increases toward the lower end, and as shown in FIG. If the height up to the joining piece 12 is h 3 , then the relationship H = hh - h 3 exists, and after the cover 1 is attached, the lower edge 2e will surely make surface contact with the decorative surface of panel A, resulting in waterproofness and aesthetic appearance. This can greatly improve performance. Side joint cover piece 8
consists of a decorative piece 2d and a lower edge 2e, and is intended mainly to improve the waterproofness, aesthetic appearance, and workability of the side joint portion. A waterproof piece 9 is formed by extending the upper edge of the decorative surface part 2 upward, and is intended mainly to strengthen the waterproofness of the horizontal joint part. The length is L3 , the width is W2 , and the engaging groove 1 is from the decorative surface A4 of panel A.
If the length to the deepest part of 3 is l 3 , then W 1 <W 2 ≦W,
The relationship is L3l3 . Further, a notch portion 4a is provided at the lower end edge of the rising portion 5 in accordance with the length L3 of the waterproof piece 9. [Example of Construction] Next, an example of construction will be described using FIGS. 3 to 6. First, the main body α (the waterproof sheet is omitted)
A joint cover locking body B having an engaging piece 12 on the top thereof is fixed via a nail β, and its protruding piece 11 and engaging piece 12 are fixed.
The end of the panel A is brought into contact with the engaging portion 10 consisting of the
Fix panel A with nail β. In this way, the panel A is fixed from the base to the girder, and the cover 1 is fitted into the vertical joint γ thus formed in correspondence with the decorative surfaces A 1 to A 4 of the panel A from the base to the girder. By sequentially engaging the parts 4 with the engaging pieces 12 of the engaging parts 10 of the joint cover locking body B, and inserting the waterproof piece 9 at the upper end into the engaging groove 13 of the upper panel A, the wall body is It forms vertical joints. The wall formed in this way has excellent waterproofness and aesthetics, and after the cover 1 is attached, the cover 1 is always supported with elasticity on the decorative surface of the panel A, ensuring reliable attachment. Become. In addition,
Accessories such as a starter and a base drainer are used for the base. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the cover 1 according to the present invention, and the cover 1 can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 7 to 11. In Figures 7 a to v, a

It is easy to install because the cover can be attached after the panels are finished. The fitting part of the cover can be fixed by simply engaging the joint cover locking body without using a fixing tool such as a nail. Since the cover is flush with the decorative surface of the panel, horizontal joints are not separated, improving aesthetics. Since the cover is always supported under elasticity and is in surface contact with the panel, distortions, cracks, etc. do not appear on the decorative surface, and the cover is highly waterproof.
The elasticity ensures that the joint cover is attached to the engaging portion of the joint cover locking body, and there is no risk of it coming off. A waterproof piece is formed on the top edge, which greatly improves waterproofness. It has the following characteristics and effects.
