Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の用分野〕
本考案は多数枚のパネルを連結した内、外壁を
構成した際に形成される縦目地部の化粧材兼防水
となる目地カバー（以下、単にカバーという）に
関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
一般にパネルを用いて壁、例えば全体を平面と
した横張り、または段張り状に施工した壁には、
パネル端部が相互に対面する部分、所謂目地が形
成され、この目地に対して防水材、化粧材となる
カバーが打設されているのが普通である。すなわ
ち、従来から使用されているカバー材は目地幅よ
り広に幅のカバーを敷設し、このカバーの上から
釘を脳天打ちすることによりカバーを固定した
り、下端部をパネル横目地部に引つかけ、上端部
を釘等で固定するカバー、あるいは単に目地部間
隙に目地材を充填したものなどが一般的に知られ
ている。
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかしながら、上記により縦目地を形成した場
合には、釘等の固定具が化粧面に露出し、美観を
損ない、防水性、施工性に劣り、地震などにより
カバーが離脱するおそれがあつた。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本考案はこのような欠点を除去するため、板材
をロール、プレス成形することにより、長尺状の
化粧面部と該化粧面部の裏面中央に突設して形成
した係合部とから縦断面をＴ字状に形成し、該係
合部は化粧面部の両端縁を内方に折り返し、延長
して、ほぼ裏面中央近傍まで延長した下縁と、該
下縁先端を上方に屈曲した立上り部と、該立上り
部の先端に突起部を部分的に複数個設けると共
に、該突起部を屈曲して上記立上り部より突出す
るように形成した複数個の係合片からなり、カバ
ーの係合部を目地カバー係止体に係合するだけ
で、防水性、美観性を向上し、さらに施工性が良
く、離脱等のないカバーを提案するもである。
〔実施例〕
以下に図面を用いて本考案に係るカバーの一実
施例について詳細に説明する。第１図は上記カバ
ーを示す斜視図であり、１はカバーで、板材をロ
ール成形、プレス成形により断面Ｔ字状に成形し
たものである。さらに詳説すると、カバー１は弾
性を発揮できる板厚、材料からなる例えば金属板
（カラー鋼板、塩ビ鋼板、アルミニウム板、ステ
ンレス板、銅板など）から、前記断面形状に形成
したものである。すなわち、カバー１は化粧面部
２と、その裏面中央に長手方向に沿つて突設した
係合部３から形成したものである。化粧面部２は
長尺状であり、その長さＬは909〜7272mm位、幅
Ｗは約10〜30mm位であり、特に幅Ｗは第３図に示
す縦目地ｒの幅W1とＷ＞W1の関係にあり、幅が
小さい程美観上好ましい。なお、厚さｔは板厚を
△ｔとすると、２△ｔ≦ｔ≦３△ｔの関係にあ
る。係合部３は化粧面部２の両端縁を内方に折り
返し、延長した下縁２ａ，２ｂの先端を上方に屈
曲し、突設して形成した立上り部４と、立上り部
４の先端に適宜間隔で設けた突起部５と突起部５
を屈曲して上記立上り部４より外方へ突出するよ
うに形成した係合片６と、係合片６の先端を内方
にはぜ状に屈曲して必要に応じて設ける舌片７と
から構成したものである。すなわち、立上り部４
は化粧面部２の裏面中央に２本突設するものであ
り、その高さh1はカバー１を取付ける目地カバー
係止体Ｂ、およびパネルＡの厚さＨによつて定ま
るものであり、第３図に示すように、下縁２ａ，
２ｂから係合片６までの高さをH1、目地カバー
係止体Ｂの釘打設片からカバー１の係合片６が目
地カバー係止体Ｂの嵌合爪９に接触する点ロまで
の高さをH2とすると、Ｈ≒H1＋H2の関係とし、
カバー１が目地カバー係止体Ｂに係合された状態
のときに、カバー１の下縁２ａ，２ｂがパネルＡ
に確実に面接触しうる高さである。なお、下線２
ａ，２ｂの長さは図では等しく形成されている
が、長さを異なるように形成することも可能であ
る。係合片６は目地カバー係止体Ｂの嵌合溝８に
係合し、カバー１をパネルＡ上に固定するための
ものであり、形状、幅、高さ、設置個数、設置位
置は任意であるが、特に幅ｌ、高さh2、係合片６
間の幅W2（第２図に示す）は、目地カバー係止体
Ｂの嵌合溝８の形状、嵌合溝８の嵌合溝開口１０
の幅により定まるものである。また、両立上り部
４によつて形成される空隙３ａの幅W3は、係合
力の強化、立上り部４の弾性変形用の空間、およ
び施工性の向上のために設けるものであり、目地
カバー係止体Ｂによつて相対的に定まるものであ
る。
〔施工例〕
次に施工例につき第３図を用いて説明する。ま
ず躯体α（防水シートは省略して示す）上に嵌合
溝を有する目地カバー係止体Ｂを釘βを介して固
定し、その両側面にパネルＡの端部を当接し、釘
βでパネルＡを固定する。このようにして、土台
から桁までパネルＡを固定し、それによつて、形
成された縦目地ｒに対して、長尺状のカバー１の
係合片６を目地カバー係止体Ｂの嵌合溝８に係合
装着し、壁体の縦目地を形成するものである。こ
のようにして形成した壁体はカバー１の装着後、
美観性、防水性が大幅に向上した壁体となる。
〔その他の実施例〕
以上説明したのは、本考案に係るカバー１の一
実施例にすぎず、第４図ａ〜ｓ、第５図ａ〜ｅに
示すような断面形状に形成することもできる。す
なわち第４図においてａ図は片方にのみ係合片６
を設けたカバー１、ｂ〜ｄ図は係合片６を三角形
状、半円状、四角形状に形成したカバー１、ｅ図
は係合片６に安定面６ａを設け、カバー１装着後
のガタを除去するように形成したカバー１、ｆ図
は舌片６を除去したカバー１、ｇ図は両立上り部
４の同一個所に突起部５を設け、片方のみに係合
片６を設けたカバー１、ｈ図はｇ図における係合
片６を両方に突出させたカバー１、ｉ図は係合片
６をハ字状に形成したカバー１、ｊ図は立上り部
４をハ字状に屈曲したカバー１、ｋ図は空隙３ａ
を除去したカバー１、ｌ図は下縁２ａ，２ｂに突
条２ｃ、あるいは溝条を形成したカバー１、ｍ図
は下縁２ａ，２ｂを図示するように波状に形成し
たカバー１、ｎ図は化粧面部２の両側を鈍角に屈
曲して、側面化粧面２ｄを設けたカバー１、ｏ図
は化粧面部２に化粧突起２ｅを１本、または複数
本設けたカバー１、ｐ図は下縁２ａ，２ｂの長さ
を異なるように形成したカバー１、ｇ図は係合片
６を内方に設けたカバー１、ｒ図は下縁２ａのみ
の端縁を上方に突出させて係合部３を設けたカバ
ー１、ｓ図は図示するように、コーキング材１１
を植設したカバー１であり、それぞれ防水機能の
強化、係合力の強化、美観性の向上を図つたカバ
ー１である。また、第５図ａ〜ｅは突起部５、お
よび係合片６の変形を示す断面図であり、ａ〜ｃ
は突起部５を四角形状、台形状、半円状に形成し
て係合片６を設けたカバー１、ｄ図は突起部５を
長方形状に形成して係合片６を設けたカバー１、
ｅ図は係合片６を長尺状に形成したカバー１であ
る。
〔考案の効果〕
上述したように本考案によるカバーによれば、
パネルを張り終つた後にカバーを装着できるた
め、施工性が良い。カバーの係合部を目地カバ
ー係止体に釘などの固定具を使わずに係合するだ
けで固定できる。カバーは常時弾力下で支持さ
れ、パネルと面接触しているため、歪、ペコツキ
などが化粧面部に現われず、また防水性が良い。
装着は弾力により、目地カバー係止体の嵌合溝
に確実になされ、離脱等のおそれがない等の特徴
