【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は下水処理場の曝気槽等において水中に
空気を散気するために用いられる散気装置の改良
に関するものである。

(従来の技術) 曝気槽用の散気装置としては従来から種々の構
造のものが知られており、例えば実公昭45−
20448号公報には扁平な函体の上面に多数の散気
板をパツキンを介して取付けた散気装置が示され
ている。また最近では散気板に圧縮空気を供給す
るための上記の函体に相当する部分の小型化が進
み、特に全面曝気を行う槽においては断面角形の
パイプの上面に散気板ホルダーを一定ピツチで取
付け、この散気板ホルダー上にパツキンを介して
散気板を直接設置する形式のものも広く用いられ
るに至つている。

縮空気供給配管の内部にまで浸入し、散気板の目
詰まりを早めるうえに、散気の再開時には配管中
の汚水の押し出しにかなりの時間とエネルギとを
浪費するという問題もあつた。

て、パツキンが散気板から外れるおそれがないう
えに、散気停止中における散気装置内及び圧縮空
気供給配管中への汚水の浸入を防止することがで
きる散気装置を目的として完成されたものであ
る。

ン4は額縁部4aのほかに額縁部4aの下面に一
体に形成された例えば1〜3mm程度の肉薄の底板
部4bを備えている。なおパツキン4の材質とし
ては例えばクロロプレンゴムが用いられるが、そ
の他の耐食性の良いゴムを用いてもよい。また5
は散気板ホルダー2に形成されたオリフイス、6
はパツキン4の肉薄の底板部4bに形成された空
気孔であるが、本考案においては両者は重ならな
い位置までずらせて配置されている。必要な偏心
量は空気流量や空気圧力等によつて異なるが、水
深5〜6m程度の位置に設置される通常仕様の散
気装置の場合には5〜50mm程度より好ましくは10
〜30mm程度とすればよい。

きパツキン4の額縁部4aを外方へ押し広げよう
とする力が働くことは従来品と同様であるが、本
考案においては額縁部4aは肉薄の底板部4bに
よつて一体に接続されているため外方への変位を
生じにくい。このため本考案においては高い空気
圧をかけてもパツキン4が散気板3の周縁部から
外れるおそれがない。

つことができ、汚水が散気板3を通じて散気装置
の内部に浸入することが確実に防止される。従つ
て汚水の逆流による散気板3の目詰まりが防止で
き、また散気再開時に逆流した汚水を配管中から
押出すために余分な時間とエネルギーとを費やす
必要がない。
