- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.パーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソールの無定形重合体か ら形成させた少なくとも1.4の酸素/窒素選択性を示す気体混合物の分離用の 選択的透過性膜。 2.少なくとも100パーラーの酸素に関する透過性を有する請求の範囲1記載 の膜。 3.酸素に関する透過性が少なくとも200パーラーであることを特徴とする請 求の範囲2記載の膜。 4.酸素に関する透過性が少なくとも500パーラーであることを特徴とする請 求の範囲2記載の膜。 5.上記の膜が支持された膜であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1−4のいずれ かに記載された膜。 6.上記の膜が中空繊維の形状のものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1−4 のいずれかに記載された膜。 7.上記の膜が多孔性支持体上のフィルムまたは被覆の形状のものであることを 特徴とする請求の範囲1−4のいずれかに記載された膜。 8.上記の重合体がパーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソールの 共重合体であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1−7のいずれかに記載された膜。 9.上記の重合体がパーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソールと テトラフルオロエチレン、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル、フッ化ビニリデ ン、およびクロロトリフルオロエチレンよりなるグループから選択した少なくと も1種の相補的な量の単量体との共重合体であることを特徴とする請求の範囲8 記載の膜。 10.上記の重合体がパーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール の単独重合体であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1−7のいずれかに記載された 膜。 11.上記の重合体がパーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール と相補的な量のテトラフルオロエチレンとの二元共重合体であることを特徴とす る請求の範囲9記載の膜。 12.上記の量合体が65−99モル%のパーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1 ,3−ジオキソールを含有し、少なくとも140℃のガラス転移温度を有する二 元共重合体であることを特徴とする請求の範囲11記載の膜。 13.(a)膜分離セル中に実質的に無欠陥の、少なくとも1.4の酸素/窒素 選択性を有する、パーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソールの無 定形重合体から形成させた、供給原料側面と透過物側面とを有する選択的透過性 膜を準備し、上記の混合物を上記の重合体のガラス転移温度より低い温度にある 上記の膜の供給原料側面に供給し;(b)膜の透過物側面から1種の気体の量に おいて富化された気体混合物を取り出す ことよりなる、他の気体との気体混合物中のある気体の量の富化方法。 14.上記の気体混合物が気体有機化合物と酸素および窒素の少なくとも一方と の混合物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲13記載の方法。 15.上記の膜が少なくとも10:1の窒素対有機化合物の選択的透過性を有す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲13または請求の範囲14記載の方法。 16.上記の有機化合物が気体フルオロカーボンであることを特徴とする請求の 範囲14記載の方法。 173.上記の有機化合物が気体炭化水素であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1 4記載の方法。 18.上記の気体が酸素および窒素であることを特徴とする請求の範囲13記載 の方法。 19.上記の気体混合物が空気であることを特徴とする請求の範囲13記載の方 法。 20.上記の気体が酸素、窒素、水素、ヘリウム、メタン、アンモニア、一酸化 炭素および二酸化炭素よりなるグルーブから選択した少なくとも2種の気体であ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲13記載の方法。 21.膜を隔てて圧力差を適用することを特徴とする請求の範囲13−20のい ずれかに記載された方法。 22.膜の温度が上記の二元共重合体のガラス転移温度より少なくとも30℃低 いことを特徴とする請求の範囲13−21のいずれかに記載された方法。 23.上記の重合体がバーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール の共重合体であることを特徴とする請求の範囲13−22のいずれかに記載され た方法。 24.上記の重合体がパーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール とテトラフルオロエチレン、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル、フッ化ビニリ デンおよびクロロトリフルオロエチレンよりなるグルーブから選択した少なくと も1種の相補的な量の単量体との共重合体であることを特徴とする請求の範囲2 3記載の方法。 25.上記の重合体がパーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール の単独重合体であることを特徴とする請求の範囲13−22のいずれかに記載さ れた方法。 26.上記の重合体がパーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール と相補的な量のテトラフルオロエチレンとの二元共重合体であることを特徴とす る請求の範囲23記載の方法。 27.上記の重合体が65−99モル%のパーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1 ,3−ジオキソールを含有し、少なくとも140℃のガラス転移温度を有する二 元共重合体であることを特徴とする請求の範囲26記載の方法。 28.上記の気体が付加的に水をも含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲13− 27のいずれかに記載された方法。 29.上記の膜が少なくとも100パーラーの酸素に関する透過性を有するもの であることを特徴とする請求の範囲13−28のいずれか記載された方法。 30.酸素に関する透過性が少なくとも200パーラーであることを特徴とする 請求の範囲29記載の方法。 31.酸素に関する透過性が少なくとも500パーラーであることを特徴とする 請求の範囲29記載の方法。
