Claims (1)
- 材料受け部材と材料押さえ部材とにより帯状ゴ
ム材料の先端部を挟み込み、これを成形ドラムの
接線方向に進退させる材料供給装置と、前記帯状
ゴム材料の先端部を成形ドラムの表面に圧着ロー
ラを介して圧着させる圧着装置と、前記帯状ゴム
材料を成形ドラムに巻付けた後、この帯状ゴム材
料を搬送面に対して低角度に切断する切断装置と
から成る帯状ゴム材料の自動貼付け装置において
、前記圧着装置の圧着ローラの支持部に、帯状ゴ
ム材料の切断部近傍の両端部を押さえる押さえ板
と、この押さえ板を支持するアーム及び押さえ板
を昇降させる駆動シリンダーとからなる材料押さ
え装置を設けたことを特徴とする帯状ゴム材料の
自動貼付け装置。
