Abstract

PURPOSE:To extremely easily form a complicate relief pattern by blasting hot high-pressure steam to a flocked surface of a flocked fabric through a screen stencil having a prescribed pattern. CONSTITUTION:A flocked fabric is produced by forming a fabric with a fiber settable with moist heat, e.g. a thermoplastic synthetic fiber (e.g. polyester, acrylic fiber or polyamide fiber), a vegetable fiber (e.g. cotton or rayon) and an animal fiber (e.g. wool) and subjecting the fabric to prescribed processes such as dyeing, raising, clipping, etc. A flat screen stencil having a prescribed pattern is directly placed on the flocked surface of the fabric and hot high- pressure steam is blasted against the fabric to apply the objective relief pattern.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention relates to a method for performing right-hand pattern processing on the raised side of a raised fabric. Here, right pattern processing means adding an uneven pattern pattern to the fabric.

(Conventional technology) Conventionally, when processing the raised surface of a raised fabric to create a right-hand pattern with unevenness, one method is to spray high-temperature, high-pressure steam from a nozzle tip to draw a pattern and remove the fluff on the raised area. The method used was to force the patient to lie down partially, followed by dry heat fixation. At this time, efforts were made to create various patterns by using a microcomputer-controlled device that injects steam through a special nozzle tip.

On the other hand, a method is also known in which a pattern is formed by partially printing a glue on the raised surface, heating it at high temperature to melt or thermally decompose only the non-printed area, and then removing the glue. (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 59116448).

(Problem to be solved) However, in the conventional negative pattern processing method using steam, the injection nozzles are set parallel to the width direction according to the running of the cloth, so the warp pattern is mainly used, and the weft direction Furthermore, there were restrictions on pattern development in diagonal directions. Furthermore, with this method, there are limits to the movement of the nozzle, making it difficult to create complex patterns. Furthermore, since a large-scale device such as a microcomputer control device is required, the cost also increases.

In addition, with the negative pattern processing method that uses glue, the operation is complicated, the glue needs to be selected depending on the material of the fabric, and depending on the fabric, it may deteriorate due to heating, or the fluff of the raised part may be thermally fused. There is also the problem of doing things.

(Means for Solving the Problem) As a result of extensive studies to achieve the above object, the inventors of the present invention found that it is possible to easily draw any pattern by applying high-temperature, high-pressure steam to fabric through a screen mold. We have discovered that this can be done, and have arrived at the present invention.

The raised fabric used in the present invention has moist heat setting properties. As the fiber material for the raised fabric, various known fibers that are normally used for raised fabrics can be used, such as thermoplastic synthetic fibers such as polyester fibers, acrylic fibers, and polyamide fibers, and vegetable fibers such as cotton and rayon. These include animal fibers such as human fibers and wool. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The single yarn fineness of such fibers is 2d (denier) in order to clearly display the pattern.
It is preferable that it is below. The raised fabric may be woven, knitted, or nonwoven. The length of the fluff in the raised part is arbitrary depending on the application, but the longer the length of the fluff, the more remarkable the effect of the present invention tends to be, and it is preferably 2 rmn or more, more preferably 3 to 5 (goods).

For example, as shown in Fig. 1, a flat screen mold (2) is installed parallel to a flat screen mold (1), and a large number of holes are drilled from above. As shown in Fig. 2, high-temperature, high-pressure steam is injected toward the fabric from the center of a drum-shaped screen mold (2) that rotates as the fabric runs. Examples include, but are not limited to, methods. The number of nozzles for injecting high-temperature, high-pressure steam may be one or two or more (although it is preferable that there are many injection ports in the weft direction of the fabric.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a method for freely applying a negative pattern to a raised fabric in any pattern in the warp direction, the weft direction, and the diagonal direction. In addition, there is no need to make large-scale improvements to the steam injection equipment or nozzle itself as in the past, and it is extremely easy to process any pattern, and it is easy to produce a wide variety of products in small lots, which significantly reduces costs. Can be lowered. Therefore, the method of the present invention has very high industrial utility.
