本考案は、微細な万線状凹凸パターン群からな
る表示情報とホログラム画像とを有する画像形成

90μ、凹凸の高低差が10〜20μで傾斜角度の異な
る複数の万線状凹凸パターン群５ａ，５ｂからな
る表示情報５が形成されている。この場合、表示
情報５は、同心円状で直径の異なる２つの模様を

は、有色の半透明膜で形成されたカラー箔３が介
在されているので、第２図Ａに示す如く、表示情
報５は赤等の所望の色を呈し、かつ、その上にホ
ログラム画像２を浮き彫りさせた状態になつてい
る。その結果、カードの偽造防止効果及び美的効
果より一層高めることができる。ここで、第２図
Ｂに示す如く、カラー箔３を不透明のものにすれ
ばホログラム画像２の所定領域部分を選択的に所
定の色を呈する２つの円模様とし、
TOPPAN等の画像内容をその部分だけ消すこと
もできる。更に、画像形成体１０の製造は、従来
からの箔押方式や凹版印刷を採用した万線状凹凸
パターン5aの形成工程と、ホログラム加工工程
