１１ｂと凹部１１ｃとが一体に形成されており、
蓋１２に形成した突片１２ａに前記凹部１１ｃが
挿着されている。１３は前記すり器１１に形成し
た孔１１ｂに挿入した支軸であり、該支軸１３の
上部には円盤状のつまみ１３ａが、下部には制限
板１３ｂが一体に形成されており、コイルスプリ
ング１４を介して蓋１２の突片１２ａにねじ螺合
されている。１５はごま、こしょう等の被粉砕物
１６を収納した粉砕物収納容器であり、該粉砕物
収納容器１５の内側にはセラミツクや合成樹脂等
で形成された渦巻状の固定刃１７が、前記すり器
１１と対向するように配設され、外周面１５ａに
