Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable setting of a hot water filling level to an accurate value by a method wherein air at a reference water level detecting part in a feed hot water piping is bled during the first automatic feed of hot water. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic hot water feed bath burner with an additional burning device, when, during the first automatic feed of hot water, an initial reference water level is detected by a water level detecting means B, a water level is stored in an initial reference water level memory means F. The feed of hot water is stopped by means of an initial circulation means C once, hot water in a reference water level is circulated for a given time to effect bleeding of air in the water level detecting means B in a feed hot water piping. Based on an initial reference water level detecting value by the water level detecting means B and a water level detecting value after circulation by an initial circulation means, a hot water filling water level is computed by a hot water filling water level control means D. From a computing result, a hot water filling water level is set, the set water level is stored in a hot water filling water level memory means G.

[0015] C is an initial circulation means, which is used during the first automatic hot water supply;
Alternatively, when detecting the water level at regular intervals, by closing the switching solenoid valve 7 for a fixed period of time, hot water is supplied only from one pipe from the downstream side 5b of the circulation pipe 5, and the pressure is detected from the upstream side 5a. Use as a pipe. Therefore, when the water level detecting means B detects the initial reference water level a at the bath adapter position such that the bath adapter 6 provided at the lower part of one side of the bathtub 1 is submerged, this is inputted to the controller 4.

[Effects of the Invention] The hot water supply control device for an automatic hot water bath pot of the present invention is configured to bleed air from the reference water level detection section in the hot water supply piping during the first automatic hot water supply, so that accurate water level detection can be performed at all times. This has the effect of constantly providing a stable set water level.

Claim 1: In an automatic hot water supply bath pot equipped with an automatic hot water supply means for a bathtub, a water level detection means in the bathtub, and a circulation pump that forcibly circulates hot water in the bathtub when reheating the bathtub, when the hot water is automatically supplied for the first time, When the water level detection means detects the initial reference water level at the location of the bus adapter, etc., the hot water supply is temporarily stopped and switched to the circulation flow path, and the circulation pump is started to circulate hot water at the reference water level for a predetermined period of time during hot water supply piping. An initial circulation means that bleeds air from the circulation flow path, which is a reference water level detection part, calculates the water level for filling the bathtub based on the initial reference water level detection value and the water level detection value after circulation, and calculates the water filling level from the result. A hot water supply control device for an automatic hot water supply bath kettle, characterized in that a hot water filling water level control means for setting the hot water filling water level is provided, and the hot water filling water level is determined from water level detection values before and after circulation.
