【実施例】本発明の１実施例を図１を参照しながら具体
的に説明する。基材１の被塗装面上にメタリックベース
コート２を塗布し、その上にクリヤコート３が塗布され
る。次いで、マーク、文字等の所望の形状以外がクリヤ
コート３上にマスキングテープ４を載置することによっ
て被覆され、これらの上にスパッタ、蒸着等の手法によ
って厚さ １００〜 ２００Åの金属蒸着層５が形成さ
れる。

含む塗料を塗布してパール塗膜６を形成し、その上にク
リヤコート７を塗布する。しかる後、マスキングテープ

相を呈するのみならずパール感に金属光輝が加味される
