[Prior Art] A wastewater treatment tank called a gray water treatment tank or a grease trap is installed in the kitchen of a restaurant, etc., and collects the wastewater from the kitchen in one place to remove residue and oil from the wastewater. It is widely used to remove. These wastewater treatment tanks are buried underground or placed on the floor when the kitchen is on the first floor of a building, but as buildings have become taller in recent years, restaurants have been installed on intermediate floors underground. Alternatively, if the device is located on an intermediate floor of two or more floors above ground, there is a strong demand for it to be installed under the floor in a suspended manner.

However, on the other hand, these buildings are subject to the Building Standards Act to prevent the spread of fire in the event of a fire.
Areas where fire can spread must be surrounded by fireproof construction. The floor of a building must have a fire-resistant structure that allows the upper floor above the floor to maintain a temperature of 260°C or lower for at least 2 hours even if the lower floor catches fire and reaches a high temperature of 1,000°C or higher. In this case, consideration must be given to heat insulation and strength resistance so that pillars and other items on the lower floor do not fall and damage the floor, and heat is not conducted to the upper floor due to this.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Various types of wastewater treatment tanks have been provided in the past, and various installation methods have been used. However, these conventional examples or those that will be presumed in the future have the following drawbacks. Yes, the above conditions cannot be satisfied. That is, the wastewater treatment tank 1 shown in FIG. 1 is made of FRP and is suspended on the floor 2 of a building, and the wastewater flowing in from the side gutter 3 of the floor 2 is stored in the tank 1 and then passed through the drain pipe 4. It is meant to be drained. However, in this example, the wastewater treatment tank 1 burns in the event of a fire on the lower floor, and the flames rise to the upper floor from the side gutter 3. In addition, 5 is a lid body that covers the upper opening of the wastewater treatment tank 1.

The wastewater treatment tank 1 shown in FIG. 2 is made of stainless steel plate or iron plate. In this example, the wastewater treatment tank 1 does not burn, but due to its good heat conduction, it becomes very hot, and if there is anything flammable on the upper floor, it will catch fire. Further, the wastewater treatment tank 1 shown in FIG. 3 is made of FRP, stainless steel plate, or iron plate, and a fireproof layer 6 is provided on the outer wall surface by spraying a noncombustible material. In that example, the fireproof layer 6 can satisfy the non-combustibility and heat shielding properties to some extent, but as mentioned above, there is a risk that the stainless steel plate or iron plate will heat up and catch fire, and it is difficult to control the spraying by on-site construction. There is a problem that the thickness of the layer 6 becomes uneven or that it peels off after construction, and in this case, the initial purpose cannot be achieved. Furthermore, in the event of a fire, the drain pipe becomes very hot and the heat is conducted to the connection part with the wastewater treatment tank, causing the part to become very hot.

[0007] The present inventor fundamentally modified these conventional structures, provided a heat insulating material around the outer periphery of the processing tank body, further provided an outer wall around the outer periphery of the heat insulating material, and created a triple structure before installation. It has been found that it is most advantageous to prevent the spread of fire by keeping the waste water in the wastewater treatment tank and by covering the adjacent portion of the drainage pipe extending from the wastewater treatment tank with a heat insulating material.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means. That is, it is inserted from above into an opening 23 formed in the floor 22 of the building through an outwardly protruding flange 14a provided on the upper part of the wastewater treatment tank 10, and is also provided on the peripheral wall of the wastewater treatment tank 10. In a wastewater treatment tank configured to drain water from a drain pipe 36, a heat insulating material 13 is provided on the outer periphery of the main body 11 of the wastewater treatment tank 10 to cover its peripheral wall and bottom wall. An outer wall 12 made of a heat-resistant material is provided to cover the bottom wall and to be fixed to the treatment tank body 11, and one end of a fireproof coating tube 40 provided on the outer periphery of the drain pipe 36 via a heat insulating material 42 is used for drainage treatment. It is characterized by being connected and fixed to the tank 10.

[Operation] A fire breaks out on the lower floor, and the wastewater treatment tank 10 is exposed to high heat due to the flames, but the heat does not increase because of the three-layer structure in which the heat insulating material 13 is sandwiched. On the other hand, drain pipe 3
6 is also protected by the fireproof coating tube 40 via the heat insulating material 42, so that the continuous portion of the drain pipe 36 and the wastewater treatment tank 10 will not become heated up due to flames. Therefore, the spread of fire is suitably prevented.

By the way, in order to install this wastewater treatment tank 10 on the floor 22, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 10, an opening 23 is opened.
The reinforcing bars 24 protruding from the large opening periphery 24 are bent upward (FIG. 7), and the wastewater treatment tank 10 is loosely inserted into the opening 23 from above (FIG. 8). In this state, the support member 15 is placed on the stepped portion 28 of the opening 23 to support the wastewater treatment tank 10, and the wastewater treatment tank 10 is moved freely within the opening 23 and positioned at the most preferable position. At this time, a gap 29 is provided between the flange portion 14 and the outer wall 12 of the wastewater treatment tank 10 and the opening portion 23 .

Furthermore, a drain pipe 36 is connected to a joint pipe 35 provided in the waste water treatment tank 10 (FIG. 10). At this time, a fireproof coating tube 40 made of a stainless steel plate or an iron plate is sheathed around the outer periphery of the drain pipe 36, and a flange at one end of the fireproof coating tube 40 is fixed 41 to the wastewater treatment tank 10. This fireproof covering tube 40 has a heat insulating material 42 made of calcium silicate on the inner periphery, and this heat insulating material 42 covers the drain pipe 36 and the fireproof covering tube 4.
A heat insulating layer is formed between the two. Note that the fireproof coating tube 40

In FIG. 4, reference numeral 37 denotes an auxiliary support member, which is provided at the bottom of the wastewater treatment tank 10, and both ends of the member 37 are suspended from the floor 22 by reinforcing bars, wires, or the like. Furthermore, when forming the concrete layer 32, a side gutter 38 for introducing wastewater into the wastewater treatment tank 10 is formed. According to the configuration based on the above embodiment, the opening 23 is provided in the floor 22 in advance.
When forming the opening 23, the builder only needs to form a predetermined opening 23, so construction is easy. Then floor 2
2. When installing the wastewater treatment tank 10 after construction, the opening 23 is a wide opening into which the wastewater treatment tank 10 can be fitted loosely, so even if there is some dimensional deviation in the opening 23, There are no particular problems.
