Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】メインスケールと、そのメインスケールを内設
し、且つその内設されたメインスケールの長手方
向に沿つて開口が開設されているハウジングと、
そのハウジングに内設され、且つメインスケール
と相対移動することによつてその移動距離を検出
するための検出ヘツドと、その検出ヘツドからの
信号に基づき、メインスケールと検出ヘツドの相
対移動の量を演算表示する演算表示手段が設けら
れ、加えて、上記ハウジングの開口に挿通して配設
され、一端が検出ヘツドと連結され且つ他端が被
測定物に連結される連結部材と、可撓性材料から
形成され、ハウジングの開口を閉塞する防塵・防
液用のシール部材と、連結部材に付設され、連結
部材によつて生じるシール部材の掻分け間隙部を
