For example, in the case of the label described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 63-6870, peeling occurs from a non-adhesive resin layer other than the adhesive layer that is the bonding surface, and once the label is removed from the postcard, it cannot be easily reattached. However, since the adhesive labels used have a multilayer structure, many steps are required to manufacture them, making the manufacturing cost extremely high. The cost advantage resulting from the low price is small.

The ink layer provided by printing on postcards inhibits the adhesion of polyolefin fibers to each other due to heat during bonding, which imposes restrictions on printing design. Alternatively, since the paper that can be used as a postcard is limited to the mixed paper sheet, there are disadvantages such as not being able to obtain printed matter that looks as good as when using coated paper.

The adhesive layer contains an adhesive having a glass transition point in the range of -100°C to 20°C and a pigment as basic components, and the pigment is in the range of 10 to 500 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the adhesive. 4 is a perspective view showing a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive postcard of the present invention, and FIGS. 5 to 8 are plan views of the postcard of FIGS. 1 to 4, respectively. The postcard is made by printing information on at least one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and adhesive sheet obtained by providing an adhesive layer with a specific composition on a support, and then pressing the adhesive layer as shown in the figure. It is obtained by pressurizing and bonding them together. In this case, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is usually used as a label, and the adhesive sheet is used as a postcard.

Among these, a more preferable one is one in which the adhesion suppressing layer is provided in the form of a tint pattern, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 10 to 14 are specific examples of plan views showing the coating pattern of the adhesion suppressing layer provided on the adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the postcard of FIG. 9.

FIG. 15 is a plan view showing a continuous sheet for postcards, which is obtained by printing personal information using a line printer or the like after base printing and perforation and marginal processing are performed on the adhesive sheet. FIG. 16 is a plan view showing a continuous sheet for labels.
A colored adhesion suppressing layer is provided in the form of a background pattern on the adhesive layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet formed by providing an adhesive layer on a support, and if necessary, base printing is performed on the front and/or back side of the sheet. , followed by perforation and marginal punching as shown in the figure. FIG. 17 is a plan view showing a configuration in which the continuous sheet for labels of FIG. 16 is stacked on the continuous sheet for postcards of FIG. After cutting along the perforations, a pressure treatment is performed to form a removable postcard shown in the plan view of FIG.

Resins, synthetic rubber resins, natural rubber resins, etc., with a glass transition point of -1
00 to 20°C is used. Among these, (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymers are particularly preferred because their adhesive strength is stable over time. Incidentally, if the glass transition point is outside this range, there is a poor balance between removability and adhesiveness, and there is a tendency for the removability to be poor or the adhesiveness to be poor.

Examples include melamine resin particles, benzoguanamine resin particles, starch particles, etc., and 10 to 500 parts per 100 parts of adhesive.
It is used in an amount of 30 to 250 parts by weight, preferably 30 to 250 parts by weight. Incidentally, if less than 10 parts by weight is added, re-peelability will be insufficient, while if more than 500 parts by weight is added, there is a high risk of unintended peeling. In addition, as a pigment, BE is used because it has the advantage that the resulting sheet has less blocking tendency and has excellent printability.
Those having a specific surface area measured by the T method in the range of 10 to 200 m2/g are preferable, and those in the range of 20 to 50 m2/g are particularly preferable.

After appropriately selecting and applying an adhesion suppressing layer on the adhesive layer, the sheet is usually handled as a continuous sheet by Z-folding or winding. Incidentally, the application of the adhesion suppressing layer on the adhesive layer has the effect of stabilizing the peelability of the postcard over time or the effect of making it difficult for the toner of an image recorded by electrophotography to fall off when the postcard is peeled off. , is a more preferred form of the present invention.

The above ink or coating liquid is usually applied so that the dry weight is 0.1 to 10 g/m<2>. The adhesion suppressing layer may be transparent, white, or colored, but colored layers are particularly effective in hiding personal information, and black is particularly preferred. Further, the adhesion suppressing layer is provided by solid printing or tint pattern printing, and among these, tint pattern printing is particularly preferable because it is extremely easy to control releasability.

0 parts (dry weight) and 70 parts of synthetic silica with a specific surface area of 45 m2/g by the BET method as a pigment was mixed to adjust the solid content concentration to 30%. A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet was obtained by smearing at a weight of 8 g/m2. Next, general-purpose black letterpress ink is used as an adhesion-suppressing ink to partially print solid patterns on the adhesive layer of this sheet, and after base printing on the base paper, perforations, margins, and punched windows are added to form labels. A continuous sheet was wound up (the sheet shown in FIG. 16 was wound up).
