Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a construction method of forming cabins in a floating construction such as a ship which enables formation of cabins on the deck of the ship in a short period of time by utilizing independent box-shaped cabins (unit cabins) prefabricated on the ground. CONSTITUTION:To construct cabins on the deck 2 of a ship, cabins 1 each of which is prefabricated into the shape of an independent box having side walls 4, a front wall 5, a rear wall 6 and a ceiling panel and having its bottom portion opened are installed on the deck 2 and aligned in the cross direction of the deck with a space equal to one cabin therebetween, and then a front wall panel 10, a rear panel 11 and a ceiling panel are connected between adjacent cabins 1 so that a new cabin 13 is formed between the adjacent cabins 1.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, when forming a cabin in a floating structure such as a ship, a self-supporting box-shaped cabin (unit cabin) consisting of a ceiling, walls, and an open bottom was manufactured on land. There is a known method of constructing a cabin by attaching removable casters to a vessel, transporting it on the hull deck, and installing it at a predetermined position (Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-47391).

However, in this construction method, the following problems arise because a plurality of unit cabins are successively arranged so that the walls of adjacent cabins are in close contact with each other. (1) Since each adjacent unit cabin has a wall, the wall has a double structure, leading to an increase in the amount of cargo. (2) Because the walls of adjacent unit cabins are in close contact with each other at the installation location, it is not possible to project the casters for transporting the cabins to the outside of the cabin so as not to interfere with the adjacent unit cabins. Caster removal work also has to be done from inside the cabin, which poses many operational constraints. The present invention aims to solve these problems, and aims to form a cabin in a floating structure that can prevent the walls between adjacent cabins from becoming double and reduce the amount of cargo. The purpose is to provide construction methods.

As is well known, this self-supporting box-shaped cabin 1 is assembled on land into a free-standing box-like shape having an open bottom with side walls 4, 4, a front wall 5, a rear wall 6, and a ceiling 7 to form a single cabin. The unit bus 8 and other equipment are built into the unit bus 8. After this is carried onto the deck 2 by a crane or the like, it is moved on the deck 2 by a carrier 9 temporarily attached to the lower edge of the side walls 4, 4, and installed at the above-mentioned predetermined position. FIG. 6 shows an example of a carrier 9 that can be attached to the self-supporting box-shaped cabin 1, and includes a metal fitting 9a having a groove 18 in the center that can receive the lower end of the side wall 4, and balls 19 on the left and right sides.
It is formed of a rotatable ball support body 9b and a ball support plate 9c, and can be attached and detached from the outside of the freestanding box-shaped cabin by prying up the free-standing box-shaped cabin 1 using a lever or the like. It is.

[0013] Since the cabins are successively formed on the deck 2 through the above-described procedure, each cabin shares the side wall 4 with the adjacent cabin. In other words, in the conventional construction method, as shown in Fig. 7(a), a panel 20 in which a 25 mm thick resin plate 22 is sandwiched between a 0.7 mm thick iron plate 21 and a decorative board 23 is attached to one side is doubled. In contrast, in this example,

According to the construction method of this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained. (1) Large front and rear panels 10 and 11 were assembled on the ground and transported, and both panels were raised and erected in the space sandwiched between the free-standing box-like cabin and the free-standing box-like cabin. Afterwards, by constructing the ceiling panel 12, a new cabin 1 will be created.
3 is formed. In this case, each panel is assembled by fixing channels, angle members, etc. with screws, so assembly is easy, and installation errors in a self-supporting box-shaped cabin can also be absorbed. (2) Since the side wall 4 of the self-supporting box-shaped cabin is formed of double-sided finished panels and also serves as the side wall of the adjacent cabin, a significant weight reduction and economic advantage can be obtained. (3) Even if the carrier of the freestanding box-shaped cabin protrudes outward from the free-standing box-shaped cabin, it will not interfere with the installation work;
Furthermore, the transport equipment can be easily removed and installed from outside the self-supporting box-shaped cabin. (In the conventional construction method, transport equipment was removed from inside the self-supporting box-like cabin, and the interior was dark and workability was not good.) It can be easily done from the outside. (In addition, in the conventional construction method, installation was done from inside, which required precision and took time.) (5) For changes to the interior of the ceiling after the installation of a free-standing box-shaped cabin, Workability is good because it can be done from the outside.

[Effects of the Invention] As detailed above, the method for forming a cabin in a floating structure of the present invention has the following effects and advantages. (1) By installing the front and rear wall panels and ceiling panels in predetermined positions between the free-standing box cabins, a new cabin can be created in a short construction period in the free-standing box cabins. (2) Since the side wall of the self-supporting box-shaped cabin can also be used as the side wall of a newly formed cabin, weight can be reduced and it is also economically advantageous.
