送すべき信号を前記対応する現用伝送システムにのみ入
力するか前記対応する現用伝送システムおよび前記予備
伝送システムに並列に入力するかを切替える切替回路と
、この切替回路と前記予備伝送システムとの間の信号路
を監視する信号断検出回路とを備えたことを特徴とする
