器を介して挾圧固定し、固定ガンアームに整流器から直
接給電し得るようにしたものは知られている。このもの
で前記中継部材は、固定ガンアームの尾端部と端子板と
の挾圧固定箇所を迂回してその側方に張り出すように設
けられており、該中継部材によりオンス銅板の配設位置
を挾圧固定箇所の側方にオフセットし、オンス銅板が可
動ガンアームに追従して動いても端子板等へのオンス銅
板の接触を生じないようにしている。

部12bを一体に形成し、ガン開放時のピストンロッド
1aの退動に際し、可動ガンアーム3が所定開度に開か
れたところでロッド部1fがストッパ部12bに当接し

設けた1対の押え板間で挾圧して、固定ガンアームの尾
端部を両端子板間に整流器を介して挾圧固定するものに
おいて、一方の端子板の外側の押え板を該端子板に対し
絶縁し、該押え板に前記センタータップ端子と前記オン
ス銅板とを接続して、該押え板を前記中継部材に構成し
たことを特徴とするC型溶接ガン装置。
