使用されているが、必ずしも満足できるものばかりでは

本発明者等は、こうした点に着目し、種々のマスキング
剤を使用してカルシウムやマグネシウムが有するニゲ味

究を行った。その結果、アルコール類を特定量添加する
だけで上記目的を解決することができるという知見を得
た。

トパックのような充填方法を採用する場合にはアルコー
ルを添加した後直ちに密封する方がアルコールの揮散が
