Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance mobility and to improve the production efficiency by dividing the cut cloth into N kinds to classifications of parts and allowing a rotary carrying member to hold it, and sewing the cloth to the classifications of parts by each worker, respectively, in N pieces of sewing stations provided radially on its periphery. CONSTITUTION:In a parts making period of the first half, workers in each station 1-3 sew cloth of parts placed on each parts placing part (a), (b) and (c) of a rotary table 41 of the upper stage by an item portion each. Each person in charge sews the body part and lining cloth, and a sleeve, and small things, in a first station 1, a second station 2, and a third station, respectively. In that case, in accordance with necessity, each worker changes a position of the parts placing parts (a), (b) and (c) by rotating arbitrarily rotary tables 41, 42 of the upper stage and the lower stage. When working enters into an assembly/finish period, the workers of each station 1-3 execute the finish such as assembly sewing and ironing, etc., by using one of parts groups placed in each separate item on each parts placing part (a), (b) and (c) of the rotary table of the lower stage.

When producing different sewn products for each item, for example, the parts for one item (cut fabric and sewn items) are hung on the same hanger and placed along each sewing stage. One hanger type or one piece hanger type, in which the person in charge of each process sequentially performs the sewing and finishing processes of each part and then assembles each part to complete the workpiece. [Problem to be solved by the invention] However, with the above-mentioned one-hanger type, the cost of the conveyance equipment increases, and the cost of the conveyance equipment increases. Due to its structure, it was difficult to change the layout, so it lacked maneuverability.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, this invention is an individual sewing product production system in which N sewing products with different specifications are produced in parallel by N sewing workers, each of which has N sewing products with different specifications. The fabric cut as parts for each part is divided into N types of parts and held on a rotating conveyance member,
At N sewing stations arranged radially around the sewing station, each worker individually sews the fabric into different types of parts, and then returns the parts to the rotary conveyance member and holds them according to the sewn products to be produced; Next, each worker uses the parts for each sewn product returned to the rotary conveyance member at each sewing station, and assembles and sews each sewn product to complete N sewn products. It is characterized by

As explained above, according to the sewing product individual production system of the present invention, the same rotary conveying member is used as the conveying member for the parts material and the sewn product (work-in-progress). The cost of conveyance equipment is low, and after distributing the parts materials to the rotary conveyance member, the operator can simply rotate the rotary conveyance member by hand as needed.
You can take out the necessary part materials and place processed parts and finished sewn products in the designated position.
There is no running cost for transportation equipment.
