のテーブル管理に便利であり、また、電話番号を入力す
ることにより、出力された配送情報はプリンタでラベル
に印刷され該ラベルを、配送品に貼付するのみで短時間

を自動的に印刷する。本発明の一実施例の送付先・送付
元自動表示方式は以上の各部により構成される装置にお
いて、入力部１より送付先の電話番号及び送付元の電話
番号を入力すると制御装置２の検索制御部５は入力され
たそれぞれの電話番号をキーとして、データベース７に
蓄積されている送付先情報及び送付元情報を検索し、そ
れぞれの電話番号を対応する送付先情報及び送付元情報
に変換し、出力制御部６からプリンタ８に該送付先情報
及び該送付元情報を出力して自動表示し、図示しない該
送付情報のテーブル管理を実施したり、また、配送伝票
９に所定の配送情報をプリントして配送品に貼付するの
である。以上説明した処理はフローは図２に示したがそ
のフローの各ステップは前記から明らかであるので説明
は省略する。図３及び図４に本発明の他の実施例の構成
と処理フローを示したが入力部にキーボード１１をまた
出力部にプリンタ８とともにディスプレイ１０を接続し
たもので、その他の構成、フローは図１及び図２と同じ

ルを貼付するにの手数がかかり、処理に時間がかかる欠
点や、記入に際しての誤記による不測の事故が発生する
欠点を解消し、多量の配送品の配送情報を短時間で、か
つ、正確に表示できるので、該配送情報のテーブル管理
が便利であり、また、多量の配送品の管理、配送も便利
