Claims (1)
- 垂直軸方向に摺動可能な主軸を有して水平方向
に移動制御可能な主軸頭を載架した横桁を垂直軸
方向に移動制御可能に設けた門形マシニングセン
タの自動工具交換装置において、前記横桁に水平
移動制御可能に設けられ工具交換アームを有する
キヤリアと、該キヤリアの外側移動端近くの床上
に設けられ複数の工具を収納して交換位置に割出
すマガジンと、該マガジン上の垂直案内に沿つて
ＮＣにより移動制御可能に設けられレデイステー
シヨンを有する昇降ユニツトと、該昇降ユニツト
の上昇位置指令値を前記横桁の現在位置を基に算
出する演算手段とを含んでなり、演算手段により
昇降ユニツトを横桁対応位置に位置決め可能とし
たことを特徴とする自動工具交換装置。
