Claims (1)
- 内部にキセノンガスを主成分とする希ガスを封
入し、内壁に蛍光体膜を被着した管状ガラスバル
ブの両端を封止すると共に、該ガラスバルブの外
壁に一対の帯状電極を対設した希ガス放電灯に於
いて、前記ガラスバルブは他端側がガラスバルブ
自体の加熱溶融により封止されると共に一端側が
該ガラスバルブより低融点のガラスよりなる封着
ガラスを当接して封着されたことを特徴とする希
ガス放電灯。
