- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内面に蛍光体膜を被着し、内部にキセノン
ガスを主成分とするガスを封入したガラスバルブ
の外面に、一対の帯状電極を、夫々相対しない一
方側の端部をガラスバルブの封着端部を越えたバ
ルブ端面側に延設すると共に、他方側の端部を封
着端部から所定距離内方に終端させて対向配置し
たことを特徴とする希ガス放電灯。 (2) 帯状電極の端面側の延設部分に給電接続し
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の希ガス放電灯。
