置において、前記可動枠の内側で前記案内ロールの軸に
軸着するニップフレームを設け、該可動枠に傾動自在に
軸着しその後方側で前記ニップフレームの上部と連結す
る回動用シリンダーと、該ニップフレームに内設のガイ
ド部に沿って摺動する軸受部にニップロールを装着し、
該ニップフレームに前記ニップロールを案内ロールから
圧接離間せしめるためのニップシリンダーとを設け、ま
た、該ニップフレームの下端には吸着部の両脇に固着す
るアームをセット軸で軸着し、該吸着部の上面を前記吊
下げ部材で連結支持するその吸着部の吸着面を、前記案
内ロールのボトム面より下方で前記板状体と圧接するよ
