により他方の分割板を移動調整して自動的に且つ正確に
所定寸法に結合させることがてき直ちに次の製品の縫製
作業に対応させることができて、従来のように生地押え
を交換し、又は分割形式の押え板を手動によって調整す
るものに比し遥かに作業効率を高め労力と時間を節減し
得て自動制御による縫製作業を更に有利にし又、必要に
より副板を併用することにより縫製加工を便利にした等
の効果を有する。

【特許請求の範囲】 1、自動ミシンの固定台板上においてミシン針による縫
製作動位置に対し、待機位置で加工生地を押えた押え板
を該生地と共に自動ミシンにおけるxy軸方向への自動
制御手段により左右前後に移動させて所定の縫製を終っ
た後、待機位置に復帰させるようにしたものにおいて、
該押え板を左右2個に分割し、その一方の分割板は上記
自動ミシンにおける自動制御機構に結着し、他方の分割
板は該結着した分割板と分離可能に設け、常態では両分
割板を一体に結合し上記待機位置では該結合を解放し得
る第1係止手段と、常態では解放され待機位置で分離し
た分割板を係止し得る第2係止手段を設けて、該分離し
た分割板に対し他方の分割板を前記自動制御手段により
設定量移動させて両分割板による押え板の長さを自動調
整させることを特徴とする工業用縫製ミシンにおける加
工生地押え装置。 2、押え板を構成する左右2個の分割板を夫々枠状に形
成すると共に、各その内側に位置させて両枠状分割板に
関係なく台板面に接離させ得る副板を設けたことを特徴
とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の工業用縫製ミシンに
おける加工生地押え装置。
