外装紙の折り返し側端縁をまくり上げることなく、巻取
紙外周を被包している外装紙部分をレーザビームによっ
て切断し、該切断開口に外装紙剥離手段の舌片を挿入し
て巻取紙を強制回動させることにより、外装紙の折り返
し側端縁をも強制的に破断させ、外装紙の剥離除去を行
うものである。
