Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable easy taking out of a molded product and insertion of metal fittings, by a method wherein the title molding device is made turnable to both of a movable mold and stationary mold or either of them. CONSTITUTION:When an injection nozzle of an injection molding machine is joined to a stationary platen 1 side and molten resin is fed through the injection nozzle under a state where a mold is clamped, the molten resin is cast into a cavity 9 and a molded product is molded after a form of the cavity 9. After a dwell process is continued after an injection process, mold break is performed by moving a movable platen backward and when a movable mold 5 is turned along a direction of an arrow B by a mold moving device, a movable mold 5 becomes nonfacing state with a stationary mold 3 and turns outside.
