固定しなければならず、施工性が悪く、しかも高
コストとなる欠点があつた。また外壁の改修の際
は既存壁Fの表面に胴縁Gを配設し、また土台に
は直接、あるいは付け土台を介してスペーサDを
水平方向に固定し、このスペーサD上に前記水切
りを配設するが、水切りとパネルHとの間に間隙
が形成されるため、胴縁Gの下端部、スペーサD
が外気に、しかも風雨に曝される部分に露出し、
腐食する欠点があつた。

するためのものである。また下段面3bは主に水
分の流出面として機能すると共に、第2図に示す
ようにスタータのガイドとして機能するものであ
る。なお、上段面3a幅は胴縁の厚さ程度とす
る。化粧面部4は上面部3の先端をほぼ垂直下方
に屈曲し、次に内方に屈曲して断面コ字状に形成
した突起4aと、突起4aの先端を垂直下方に屈
曲した垂直片4bとからなる。特にこの突起4a
は、土台水切り自体の補強、例えば反り、捩じ
れの防止のためと、水切れの強化、および化粧性
