Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an obstruction giving to other circuits within an electric device by a method wherein the entire surface of an insulating portion except for a surface where a connecting pin is prevent is sealed with a metallic plate and a hole for passing the connecting pin is formed in a surface connection to a metallic printed substrate. CONSTITUTION:The entire surface of an insulating portion except for a surface a connecting pin 3 of a connector 2 for a printed substrate is prevent is sealed with a metallic plate 1 and a hole 5 for passing the connecting pin 3 is arranged in a surface connecting to a printed substrate 4 of the metallic plate 1 so that the connecting pin 3 may be fitted into the printed substrate 4. Therefore, obstructive signals mixed from the connecting pin 3 of a sealed connector do not influence each circuit inside an electric device, and further the connector 2 for the printed substrate is grounded by a chip type capacitor 7 on the rear side of the printed substrate, whereby the obstructive signals escape into the ground. Thus, an obstruction giving to other circuits within the electric device disappears.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, all surfaces of the insulator part of the printed circuit board connector 2 except for the surface where the connecting pins 3 are present are shielded with a metal plate 1, and the printed circuit board 4 of the metal plate 1 is shielded.
In this configuration, a hole 5 through which the connecting pin 3 passes is provided so that the connecting pin 3 can be attached to the printed circuit board 4 on the surface in contact with the printed circuit board 4.

As described above, according to this embodiment, all surfaces of the shielded connector except for the surface on which the connection pins are present are shielded by metal plates, so that interference signals that enter from the connection pins of the shielded connector are transmitted inside the electrical equipment. Since the printed circuit board connector is grounded by a chip capacitor on the back side of the printed circuit board, the interference signal escapes to the ground.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments above, the present invention has the following effects:
All surfaces on which the connection pins exist are shielded with metal plates, and holes are made in the metal plate on the surface that is bonded to the printed circuit board for the connection pins to pass through. This structure prevents interference signals from entering the electrical equipment from entering the electrical equipment. This makes it possible to realize an excellent shielded connector that can prevent damage to other circuits.
