2階の床と天井の距離が短くなる問題点がある。

造物の床構造において、前記H型鋼からなる梁の
縦面又は底面に一端側を固定した取付部材の他端
側のH型鋼の上面より下方で且つ上面と底面の端
縁を結ぶ線より相隣接する他方の梁側へ突出した

高さ分だけ床と天井の間隔距離が大きくなつて大
きな室空間を得ることができる。

要であつた梁つなぎを省略することができる。そ
のため、建造物の上階の重量を軽くすることがで
き、しかもその分だけ建築コストを低減化するこ
とができる。更に、梁の上面に鉄根太を載せない
ので、鉄根太の高さ分だけ床と天井の間隔距離を
大きくすることができ、上階の室の空間を拡大す
ることができる。又、床部材は同一平面である鉄
根太と梁の上面で支えられるので、鉄根太のたわ
みも少なくなつて、いわゆる床鳴の発生も最小限
におさえることができる。さらに加えて、取付部
材の鉄根太との固定部分が、H型鋼からなる梁の
上面より下方で且つ上面と底面の端線を結ぶ線よ
り相隣接する他方の梁側へ突出した位置にあるの
で鉄根太の長さは2つの梁の間隙距離より短くす
ることができその分だけ原材料費の節減を図るこ
とができる。更に、鉄根太の両端がH型鋼からな
る梁に直接に接触しないことから、梁の上面と鉄
根太の上面を同一高さに合わせる際には、取付部
材と鉄根太の固定位置を調節するだけでよく、鉄
根太を何ら加工することなく行えるので、施工が
容易である。
