広い胴部側面をもつ直方体製品を包装紙にて包装する包
装装置であり、この包装装置は、前記直方体製品の上下
端面より広い幅をもつ端部包装紙を巻き取り保持する保
持ローラーと、この保持ローラーから端部包装紙を直方
体製品の上面側に両側部折り曲げしろと前部折り曲げし
ろを与えて繰り出し供給する端部包装紙の供給装置と、
この繰り出し供給された端部包装紙を直方体製品の上面
に押え付ける押え板と、この押え板で直方体製品の上面
に押え付けられた端部包装紙の繰り出L後端部に後部折
り曲げしろを与えた所定寸法に切断する切断装置と、直
方体製品の上面に押え付けられた端部包装紙の各折り曲
げしろを直方体製品の四側壁面に沿って下方に折り曲げ
るように直方体製品の四側壁面に沿って降下する折り曲
げ板と、この折り曲げ板によって折り曲げられた折り曲
げ部の四方に突出された耳部を一方の折り曲げ部側に折
り曲げかつ撫で付ける耳部折り曲げ撫で付け部材と、こ
の耳部折り曲げ撫で付け部材によって折り曲げかつ撫で
付けられる耳部に対応する折り曲げ部に糊材を付着する

端部包装された直方体製品の未包装胴部面より広い幅を
もつ胴部包装紙を巻き取り保持する保持ローラーと、こ
の胴部包装紙の両側端部に対応して設けられる2本の接
着テープをそれぞれ巻き取り保持いる保持リールと、こ
の保持ローラーと持リールから繰り出された胴部包装紙
と接着テープを、その繰り出し供給途上において、接着
テープの幅方向内側の接着面を胴部包装紙の上下端部に
沿ってそれぞれ接着しえる繰り出し供給装置と、この接
着状態で繰り出し供給される胴部包装紙と接着テープの
始端部を接着テープの非接着面側で保持すると共に、保
持された胴部包装紙の上下両端部から露出された接着テ
ープの接着面を供給された直方体製品の端部包装された
折り曲げ部に押し付けえる始端部保持押し付け部材と、
接着された胴部包装紙と接着テープの始端部からこの胴
部包装紙と接着テープを直方体製品の胴部に沿って巻き
付けかつ接着すべく直方体製品を胴部面に沿って自転さ
せる回転装置と、巻き付けかつ接着された胴部包装紙と
接着テープを所定寸法に切断する切断装置と、切断され
た胴部包装紙と接着テープの切断後端部をすでに巻き付
けられている胴部包装紙面側に沿って撫で付ける撫で付
け部材を備えた側部包装装置と、から成る包装装置
