In addition, when applying a decoration with excellent surface resistance by a transfer method, there is a method of using a transfer film in which a release layer, a pattern layer, and an adhesive layer are sequentially provided as transfer layers on plastic twill L. This release layer is a film formed by printing with, for example, curable ink. Then, when the transfer layer is transferred to the surface of the object to be transferred and the plastic film is peeled off, the peeling layer becomes a surface layer and protects the pattern layer and the adhesive layer.

However, in the case of flexible containers such as tube containers, which are used by being squeezed with great force and the shape of the surface is greatly deformed, peeling, which is a film formed with an overcoat or hardening ink, may occur. There was a problem that the surface strength of the layer was not strong enough to withstand the problem of peeling or cracking. Further, when the contents are a cutting-type chemical substance such as alcohol, there is a problem that the spilled contents may peel off or enter through cracks, corroding the pattern layer or peeling off the transfer layer. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a transfer film that can provide beautiful decorations with excellent durability on the surface of a flexible container.

As shown in FIG. 1, a transfer film according to an embodiment of the present invention is constructed such that a release layer 2, a transparent film 3, a pattern layer 4, and an adhesive layer 5 are sequentially provided on a carrier film 1. ing. The carrier film 1 is composed of a thermoplastic plastic film made of polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, vinyl chloride, or the like. Peel 1ii11 layer 2 on one side of the above carrier film 1
is formed. The peeling layer 2 has both the function of bonding the transparent film 3 and the carrier film 3 together and the function of peeling them off. In addition, carrier film 3
After peeling off, the transparent peeling layer 2 may be configured to remain on the transparent film 3 side or may be configured so as to remain on the carrier film 1 side. In this case, for example, the surface of the transparent film 3 on the side of the carrier film 1 on which the release layer 2 is desired to be left may be subjected to a corona discharge treatment before the release layer 2 is formed. Or, stripped BN2
A two-component curing resin is first formed on the surface of the film on which it is desired to remain, and the other film is bonded to the half-cured state. The release layer 2 remaining on the transparent film 3 side also has the function of overcoating the transparent film 3. Materials for the release layer 2 include vinyl resin, polyvinyl alcohol resin, acrylic resin, UV-curable acrylic resin, epoxy resin, UV-curable epoxy resin, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polyurethane resin, Constructed from UV-curable urethane resin. A transparent film 3 is formed on the release layer 2. This transparent film 3 is transferred onto the surface of a flexible container, which is a transfer target, and protects a pattern layer 4 described below. The transparent film 3 is made of a thermoplastic film such as polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, or vinyl chloride. A pattern layer 4 is formed on the transparent film 3. The pattern layer 4 is a layer for applying a design to the transfer film, and is composed of a colored ink made of a known pigment or dye, a resin binder, and additives such as a solvent. Further, if necessary, a design using a metal thin film may be provided by means such as aluminum vapor deposition. The adhesive layer 5 is formed on the pattern layer 4 and is for adhering the image ti'i 14 together with the transparent film 3 to a flexible container which is a transfer target. The adhesive layer 5 is made of a suitable resin that is suitable for the surface material of the flexible container and has a gentle or bad quality. For example, if the flexible container is a tubular polyethylene container, it may be constructed using polyolefin resin or acrylic resin. The above transparent exfoliation layer 2
, the pattern layer 4, and the adhesive layer 5 are all
Gravure printing method, screen printing method, flexo printing method,
It is formed by a known printing method such as a reverse coater method or a roll coat method. Further, a pattern layer 6 may be formed between the transparent film 3 and the peeling layer N2 (see FIG. 2), and the pattern N6 may be formed using colored ink or a capping agent. When a pattern is formed on the pattern layer 6 using colored ink, the pattern is located on the surface side of the pattern layer 4, so that the design can be made more clearly. When the pattern layer 6 is formed using a matting agent, if it is formed in register with the pattern of the pattern layer 4, a pattern with a matte feel can be obtained. In addition, when it is desired to transfer the transfer material into a circular shape, for example, the transfer material may be a material obtained by punching a layer other than the long carrier film 1 into a circular shape by a method such as punching with a punching die having a predetermined blade, or a material obtained by punching a layer other than the long carrier film 1 into a circular shape, or by using a sewing machine. It can also be made with slits for eyes and eyes. In this case, the area to be transferred is only the circular part, which is small in area, but it is tightened and strongly protected by the transparent film 3, so the surface resistance is good, and the part to which the transfer layer is not transferred is The original surface state of the flexible container surface can be expressed as it is. The above transfer film is manufactured, for example, as follows. That is, first, the first printing unit of the multicolor gravure printing machine forms the pattern N4 on one side of the long transparent film 3, and the second printing unit forms the adhesive layer 5 on the pattern layer 4. Next, the upper and lower surfaces of the transparent film 3 are turned over, and a transparent release layer 2 is formed on the other surface by a third printing unit. If a carrier film laminate unit is installed in series with the third unit, printing to laminate can be performed on the same line, simplifying the process. A pattern layer with a thickness of 1 μm is formed on a transparent film made of a thermoplastic plastic film with a thickness of 25 μm by gravure printing using ink made of a curable urethane resin. Moreover, an adhesive layer with a thickness of 2 μm is formed on the entire surface by gravure printing using ink made of polyethylene resin. A transparent peeling layer with a thickness of 2 to 3 μm is formed on the side of the transparent film on which the pattern layer is not provided by a coating method using ink made of a curable acrylic resin. After the above transparent release layer is formed, the thickness is 25
A .mu.m polyester film was sent out as a carrier film and nipped with rolls at a roll heat of 80 degrees and a pressure of 50 kg. The thus completed transfer film was transferred to a polyethylene molded product by roll transfer at a pressure of 100 kg/sec and a transfer speed of 10 cm/sec. A pattern layer with a thickness of 1 μm is formed on the transparent film by a gravure printing method using an ink made of a curable urethane resin.A pattern layer with a thickness of 2 μm is formed on the entire surface by a gravure printing method using an ink made of a polyethylene resin. Forming an adhesive layer: A pattern layer with a thickness of 1 μm is formed on the side of the transparent film on which the pattern layer is not provided, using an ink made of medium resin by gravure printing in registration with the pattern layer. A transparent release layer with a thickness of 2 to 3 μm is formed thereon by a coating method using an ink made of a vinylidene chloride resin. After the transparent release layer is formed, a polyester film with a thickness of 25 μm is attached as a carrier film. The transfer film thus formed was then die-cut using a punching die according to the necessary parts. Then, the unnecessary parts were removed (second (See figure). The transfer film thus completed was transferred to a polyethylene molded product by roll transfer at a roll heat of 220"C1 pressure of 100 kg/ and a transfer speed of 10 cm/see.

Therefore, if you use this transfer film to transfer onto the surface of a flexible container, the pattern layer and adhesive layer can be transferred along with the transparent film, so the pattern layer and adhesive layer will not be rubbed or pulled. It is also protected by a transparent film or release layer. Therefore, the transfer layer does not peel off or crack. Furthermore, even if the contents are solvent-based chemicals, the pattern layer and adhesive layer will not be chemically eroded or dissolved. Therefore, a highly durable and beautiful decoration can be applied to the surface of a flexible container.
