ープレー1−5を固着具4であるボルトを用いて固着す
る。このように既設の基礎3の外面側に固着具4により
取付けた壁際アンカープレー1・5にはあらかじめ上方
に向けてアンカーポルl−8が突設してあり、更に外側
方に向けて連結部材15が突設しである。次に、第2図
(c)に示すように既設の基礎3の外側方に補強基礎鉄
筋6を配置し、第2図(d)に示すように壁際アンカー
プレート5から突設した連結部材15に補強基礎鉄筋6
を固着する。しかる後、既設の基礎3の外面側に沿って
壁際アンカープレート5及び補強基礎鉄筋6を芯材とす
る新たなコンクリート基礎7を形成するく第3図参照)
。この時増築に必要なコンクリート基礎7も同時に形成
する。この新たなコンクリート基礎7のコンクリートが
硬化した後に建物1から外壁パネル2を除去し゛ζ開口

礎3の上面とにわたってベースプレート9を載置し、壁
際アンカープレー1−5から上方に突出したアンカーホ

の建物の外壁パネルを除去した部分の開口部の一部に間
仕切耐力壁パネルを配置して間仕切耐力壁パネルの下端
部を耐力壁用ボルトに固着するので、外壁パネルを除去
した部分に形成される開口部の一部に間仕切耐力壁パネ
ルを簡単に取f士けることかできて、外壁パネルを除去

プレー1−を固着し、ベースブレートに突設した耐力壁
用ホルトに間仕切耐力壁パネルを取付けるのて、既設の
建物の床パネル等を損傷することなく既設の基礎の上に
新たな間仕切耐力壁パネルを取付けることができるもの
である。更に、新たに形成するコンクリート基礎と基礎
の基礎とが一体化して間仕切耐力壁パネルの取付けが強
固にできるものである。

壁パネルを配置して間仕切耐力壁パネルの下端部を耐力
壁用ボルトに固着することを特徴とする増築用間仕切耐
力壁パネルの施工方法。
