ッチ、16bはブツシュプレート上昇端リミットスイッ
チであり、17は連杆13とともに一体的に上下動する
スイッチ作動杆である。

ツシュを装着したブツシュプレートを上下動可能に配設
するとともに、深穴加工用ドリルには、その先端から加
工深さに対応する位置に口元加工用カッターを装着した
ので、成る深さまでの深穴加工時にはブツシュによって
ドリルを案内支持させることができ、ドリルの振れ等を
防止して深穴加工精度を向上できるとともに、通常行な
う穴内の切粉除去ステップを利用して上記ブツシュをド
リルの前進に邪魔にならない所に退避させることができ
る。したがって、その後再びドリルを前進させるとき、
上記ブツシュがドリルの前進を阻害することがなく、所
定深さの深穴加工を行なうとともに、その加工完了前に
上記ドリルに装着されている口元カッターで口元加工を
行なうことができる。しかして、−工程で深穴加工およ
び口元加工を行なうことができ、設備コストおよび加工
コストを低減することができる等の効果を奏する。
