【発明の詳細な説明】
〔発明の利用分野〕
本発明は、遠心分離機のチャンバ内部を洗浄殺菌する装
置に関するものである。

遠心分離様運転中、試料容器を変形、破壊しかねないほ

が漏れる事故が起きる。

によって人体に悪影響をおよぼし、且つ別の試料を取り

本発明の目的は、上記した従来遠心分離機の欠点をなく
し、この種の遠心分離機の試料に対する客観性と人体に
対する安全性を増すことである。

本発明は、チューブからの試料漏れにより、ロータやチ
ャンバ内部が汚れることや、作業時の人体への試料の悪
影響、その作業者が別の試料を取扱うことによる試料の
客観性の問題に着目し、運転の前後に、エバポレータ内
部に薬液を噴霧し、殺菌洗浄を行なうように、薬液タン
ク、ポンプ、廃液タンクを備え付けたものである。

図のように試料の入った試料容器１を装填したロータ２
がエバポレータ６内にある状態で、薬液タンク７より薬
液をバイブＡ８を介してポンプ９で吸い、パイプＢＩＯ
をフレキシブルパイプ１１を介して、薬液放出部１２よ
り霧状にエバポレータ６内部に放出する。これにより、
エバポレータ６内部の汚れを殺菌洗浄する。排液は、排
液口１３よりパイプＣ１４を介して排液タンク１５へ溜
める。

- 人体に対し有害であったり他物質の混入をさけなければ
ならない血液、菌体、生物細胞、化学物質等の試料をロ
ータに装填し、ロータを回転させ、その遠心力を利用し
て、それら試料を分離する際、洗浄剤または殺菌剤を噴
霧するため薬液タンクとポンプと噴霧機構を有する減菌
装置付遠心分離機。
