時に微動回転される緊締環(図示を略す)の微少
回転に伴つて緊締ネジ13のネジ軸14が許容孔
11内を微動回転方向(図中、矢印F方向)に移
動したとしても、それに伴つて防塵板12が筺体
10の裏面に摺接しつつ移動してその許容孔11
を常時覆う構成となつている。
