【発明の詳細な説明】
【産業上の利用分野】
この発明は、複数並列接点を有する遮断器に関するもの
である。
〔従来の技術1
第6図は例えば特開昭58−129717号公報に示さ
れた従来の遮断器を示す概略図であり、図において(1
)は筐体、(2)は筐体(1)に複数個並設された固定
接点、(3)は固定接点(2)が設けられた固定導体、
(4)は固定接点(2)と接離する可動接点、(5)は
可動接点(4)が設けられかつ複数個並設された可動子
、(6)は可動子(5)を軸(7)により回動可能に保
持するコンタクトアーム、(8)はコンタクトアーム(
6)を筐体(1)に回動可能に支持する軸(9)は端子
を形成する導体、(1o)は可動子(5)と導体(9)
とを接続するシャント、(11)は接圧ばね、(12)
はコンタクトアーム(6)にビン(13)により連繋さ
れて可動接点(4)・を開閉させる開閉機構部、(14
)は引外しリレ一部、(15)は消弧室である。
開閉機構部(12)に動作されてコンタクトアーム(6
)および可動子(5)が回転し、両接点(2)、(4)
が開閉する。その際に発生するアークは消弧室(15)
で消弧される。
上記遮断器におけるコンタクトアーム(6)は、第7図
および第8図に示すように可動子(5)とシャント(1
0)とを隔離して並設するための側板部(6a)を有し
ている。
【発明が解決しようとする課題1
上記のような従来の遮断器ではコンタクトアーム(6)
の側板部(6a)とシャント(10)の側面(10a)
とがラップしているので、複数シャント(10)間に発
生する電磁吸引力(矢印16で示す)と側板部(6a)
との間で摩擦力が発生した。そのために、シャント(l
O)が第7図および第8図中想像線で示すように外向き
に膨れて軸(7)を中心に可動子(5)を接点押圧方向
に回転させて接点圧力を高める効果が減ぜられ、短時間
通電容量を高めることができないという問題点があった
。
この発明はかかる問題点を解消するためになされたもの
で、シャントの外向きの膨れを減することなくシャント
間に発生する電磁反発力を有効に接点圧力に変換できて
短時間通電容量の向上が図れる遮断器を得ることを目的
とする。
〔課題を解決するための手段J
上記目的を達成するために、この発明に係る遮断器は、
コンタクトアームの側板部とシャントの中間部とが並設
方向にラップしないようにしたものである。
また、コンタクトアームの側板部をシャントの中間部と
並設方向にラップしないように切欠いてこの側板部の切
欠き部にシャントと共に移動する移動スペーサを設ける
とよい。
【作用]
この発明においては、シャントの中間部がコンタクトア
ームの側板部とラップしないので、両者間の摩擦力が大
幅に減少する。
また、シャントと共に移動スペーサも移動するので、移
動時においてシャント間の電磁吸引力によってシャント
が変形するのを防げる。
【実施例)
この発明の一実施例を第1図、第2図について説明する
。第1図は要部断面図、第2図は第1図の線n−IIの
断面図であり、上記従来のものと同一または相当部分に
は同一符号を付して説明を省略する0図において、(1
7)はコンタクトアーム(6)の側板部(6a)に設け
た切欠き部で、シャント(10)の中間部が側板部(6
a)とラップしないように形成しである。
このようにコンタクトアーム(6)の側板部(6a)に
切欠き部(17)を設けておくと、シャント(10)の
中間部が側板部(6a)とラップしないので、両者間の
摩擦力が大幅に減少する。
従って、シャント(10)の外向きの膨れも第2図中想
像線で示すように大きくなるので、可動子(5)の回転
が大きくなる。
次に、この発明の他の実施例を第3図、第4図について
説明する。第3図は要部断面図、第4図は第3図の線I
V−TVの断面図であり、上記実施例のものと同一また
は相当部分には同一符号を付して説明を省略する0図に
おいて、(18)は筐体(1)に軸(19)により回動
可能に支持した移動スペーサで、コンタクトアーム(6
)の側板部(6a)の切欠き部(17)にそれぞれ挿入
配置されている。(20)は移動スペーサ(18)を常
時側板部(6a)に当接させるためのヒネリバネである
。
このように側板部(6a)の切欠き部(17)に移動ス
ペーサ(18)を配置しておくと、シャント(10)が
外向きに膨れるとき、電磁吸引力によって移動スペーサ
(18)も一体的に移動(第4図中想像線で示す)する
(移動スペーサ18はヒネリバネ20に抗して軸19を
支点として回動する)ので、シャント(10)に掛る摩
擦力が大幅に減少すると共に、シャント(10)が膨れ
た状態(第4図の想像線の状態)ではシャント(10)
間に移動スペーサ(18)が在るので電磁吸引力によっ
てシャント(10)が変形することがない。
第3図および第4図に示す実施例では移動スペーサ(1
8)を筐体(1)側に設けたものを示したが、第5図に
示すようにコンタクトアーム(6)に設けても良い。
[発明の効果〕
以上のように、この発明によればシャントの外向きの膨
れを減することなくシャント間に発生する電磁反発力を
有効に接点圧力に変換できて短時間通電容量の向上が図
