Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily remove a form-removing material by a method wherein the form-removing material is attached to the inside of a sheathing board of a form for concrete, and form-releasing agent is applied at least to faces contacting with the concrete of the form-removing material. CONSTITUTION:A recess 2 is formed to the lower end of a concrete wall 1 for embedding therein a finishing material such as a base-board or tiles. Then a form-removing material 4 made of wood, expanded material or the like is fixed with nails or the like to the lower end on the inside of a sheathing board 3 of a form for concrete, and a form-releasing agent 5 is applied at least to faces contacting with the concrete of the form-removing material 4. The application is made by spraying or by winding up the form-removing material with a film-like form-releasing agent 5. Thereby the form-removing material 4 can be easily removed when the sheathing body 3 is taken off.

該型ぬき部材の少なくともコンクリートとの当接面に液
状の剥離材を塗着するか若しくはシート状若しくはフィ
ルム状の剥離材を接着若しくは巻き付ける等して取り付
けるか、またはシート状又はフィルム状の剥離材を型ぬ
き部材のコンクリドとの当接面にのみ接着し、当該剥離
材の一端に接着されないで外方に突出する部分を設ける
ことにより前記目的を達成するものである。

ことにより剥離材5を可能な限り節約するものとする。

み込んでおけば、型ぬき部材4を抜き取る際に接着され
ない部分5aをもって簡単に抜き取ることができる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)コンクリート型枠の堰板の内側に型ぬき部材を取
り付け、当該型ぬき部材の少なくともコンクリートとの
当接面に剥離材を設けてなることを特徴とする凹部形成
型枠。
