A method has been proposed in which a material to be melted is melted and subjected to vapor deposition or the like.

あった。[Problems to be solved] However, in conventional carbon crucible devices, the carbon crucible is made of a porous material, so (1) the material to be melted enters the pores of the carbon crucible and reacts, causing thinning. (11) There is a drawback that the pores of the carbon crucible must be filled with an inorganic substance that does not easily react with the material to be melted. Therefore, when the pores of the carbon crucible are filled with the inorganic material, the aqueous solution of the inorganic material remaining inside the carbon crucible is heated and gasified when the carbon crucible is used, and is released into the material to be dissolved, resulting in bumping.

Since the carbon cylinder is disposed between the carbon crucible and the induction coil, it acts to densify the carbon crucible and (11) achieves induction heating without ensuring the thickness of the carbon crucible. In addition, (iii) it has the effect of prolonging the service life, and (1v) it also has the effect of preventing the mixing of carbon particles into the melted material and the effect of suppressing bumping of the fVl melted material.

A carbon crucible 11 made of glassy carbon and used to accommodate and shore melt the material W to be melted; and a carbon crucible 11 arranged around the carbon crucible 11 made of non-glassy carbon to heat the carbon crucible 11. The carbon crucible 11 houses a carbon cylinder 12 functioning as a means, a carbon crucible 11 and a carbon cylinder 12.
A refractory crucible 13 is provided to prevent the material to be melted W from scattering to the surroundings when the crucible is damaged. Carbon cylinder 1
2 is provided because the carbon crucible 11 is made of glassy carbon, which has a high specific resistance, and direct induction heating requires a higher frequency current than conventional ones. . That is, the present invention
By arranging the carbon cylinder 12, consideration is given to enabling induction heating even when using the same high-frequency current as in the past. Preferably, the refractory crucible 13 is non-conductive.
