Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属等の弾性部材からなり、中心部分に穴部を
有する振動体と、中心部分に穴部を有し、前記振
動体の少なくとも片面に接合された圧電素子と、
前記圧電素子の伸縮運動によるたわみ振動波で摩
擦駆動する移動体とを有する超音波モータにおい
て、 前記振動体は、前記圧電素子との接合面側の穴
部に面取りを施したことを特徴とする超音波モー
タ。
