  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電素子を添付し、ロータと接する凸部を
    設けたステータの振動の節の移動によりステツプ
    送りをする波動ステツプモータにおいて、前記凸
    部を前記振動の節になりうる位置から離して構成
    した事を特徴とする波動ステツプモータ。 (2) 凸部は振動の節に対して対向する位置に存
    する事を特徴とする請求項１記載の波動ステツプ
    モータ。
