Claims (1)
- 両端が密閉される外パイプの内部に、吸音材を
介して表面に多数の小孔を備える内パイプを挿通
させた消音器において、上記外パイプを、一端が
開放し他端に端板を備える円筒材で形成し、上記
内パイプの一端に外周が外パイプの内径に嵌合す
るフランジ板を、他端に外パイプの開放端部に嵌
合する有底円筒状の蓋をそれぞれ取付け、内パイ
プの端部を上記フランジ板より所定量突出させる
と共に、そのフランジ板にねじ孔を形成し、上記
外パイプの端板に、上記内パイプの突出端部が嵌
合する嵌合孔と上記ねじ孔に対応するボルト挿通
孔を設け、かつ、上記蓋の嵌合円筒部の内周面を
機械加工による仕上面とすると共に、フランジ板
を外パイプの端板内面に当接させた状態で、外パ
イプの開放端部と蓋の底板内面との間にすき間が
できるように設定したことを特徴とする消音器。
