Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上型と下型とからなる金型装置に設けられ
    たゲート口の下方に溶融樹脂供給用のゲートパイ
    プを配し、このゲートパイプ内の溶融樹脂を前記
    ゲート口から金型装置内に供給して加圧成型する
    ようにした溶融樹脂加圧成型装置において、前記
    ゲートパイプの周囲に配される溶融樹脂保温用の
    ヒータが、少なくとも上下二つに分離して配され
    ている溶融樹脂加圧成型装置における溶融樹脂保
    温構造。 (2) 前記ゲートパイプが少なくとも上下二つに
    分離構成されてその対向部分を長短調節可能に接
    続され、この分離構成された各々のゲートパイプ
    の周囲にヒータが夫々分離して配されている請求
    項第1項に記載の溶融樹脂加圧成型装置における
    溶融樹脂保温構造。 (3) 上型と下型とからなる金型装置に設けられ
    たゲート部分に上下に貫通する貫通孔を設け、こ
    の貫通孔にゲート口を有するゲートスプールを嵌
    設し、このゲートスプールのゲート口下方に周囲
    に溶融樹脂保温用のヒータを有するゲートパイプ
    を配し、前記ヒータによつて保温されたゲートパ
    イプ内の溶融樹脂をゲート口から金型装置内に供
    給して加圧成型するようにした溶融樹脂加圧成型
    装置において、前記ゲートスプールの外周囲と金
    型との対面部分に断熱用のスリツトを設けてなる
    溶融樹脂加圧成型装置における溶融樹脂保温構造
