い端子を持つ部品1の場合は、第3図(a)及び第3図
(b)に示す様に、R部11及びR部の前後で部品の端
子が重なり部品が浮き上がり、軌道上部押さえ板12に
当たり軌道内での詰まり等が発生し、時間当たりの供給
数の不安定状態や供給不能になる欠点があった。

ものである。複数個の部品が装填された重力式供給軌道
の下端に、次の姿勢変換用揺動装置に送り込むエアシリ
ンダ等に接続した押し出し用プレートが取り付けられ、
該プレートの次に送り込まれた部品を重力式供給軌道面
から水平間欠搬送軌道面に姿勢を変換して供給するため
の前記2面間を揺動するアクチュエータ付き揺動部を設
ける。次に前記アクチュエータで水平間欠搬送軌道に送
り込まれた部品を次工程へ送り出すため間欠移動する移
動体を設けた水平間欠搬送軌道を有する構造の供給装置
である。
