Abstract

PURPOSE:To develop physical diffraction phenomenon by a method wherein physical diffracting laser holographs or diffraction gratings are arranged in rows on substrate. CONSTITUTION:A high hardness model platen or a mold of pressure roll is reproduced by utilizing a dry plate, on which laser holorgaphy or diffraction grating is produced by photo-etching method or mechanical line carving. Pressing is performed on thermally softened transparent plastic film 4 with said mold, onto which light brown resin 3 is applied. Next, after being cooled down, a product is plated under vacuum by thin metal reflecting film and finally added by transparent adhesive resin layer 1 so as to produce heat reflecting film having holographic diffraction grating.
