Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a hologram paint, capable of reflecting diffracted rays of light by a metallic reflecting film, emitting seven-colored rays of light and changing color by a viewing angle and suitable for surface decorations of automobiles, electric appliances, etc., by pressing fine circular diffraction gratings to both sides of fine nonferrous metallic pieces. CONSTITUTION:The objective hologram paint, obtained by pressing a dry plate, prepared by arranging circular diffraction gratings obtained by engraving, e.g., a soft metal, such as aluminum, tin or antimony, with laser beams and having <=200mu, preferably 10-200mu diameter to both sides of fine nonferrous metallic pieces and capable of providing small reflecting mirrors of the diffraction gratings, showing seven-colored diffracted rays of light and sustaining effects even in use in the open air for a long period.

From an optical point of view, various conventional paints, such as metal fine particle paints, only reflect or refract in a two-dimensional manner, and there is no physical diffraction of seven colored rays, and the effect is that the colors change depending on the viewing position. is not equipped. Therefore, it is necessary to invent a new type of paint to enhance the decorative effect.

The first feature of the present invention is that fine circular diffraction gratings with a diameter of 200 microns or less are scattered all over the object coated with hologram paint of fine circular diffraction gratings, so that the diffraction gratings become a few small reflecting mirrors. Then, due to the action of light, the diffracted rays of the upper envelope become visible. The second characteristic is that different colors appear depending on the viewer's angle and position.

In other words, by etching engraving technology using laser light,
After making a hologram dry plate full of fine circular diffraction gratings of 0 microns or less and replicating a high-hardness metal model plate and rolling roller mold, and using this mold to press low-hardness non-ferrous metal particles. When crushed into pieces, fine metal pieces with diffraction gratings pressed on both sides can be obtained. When these tiny metal pieces are soaked into highly transparent paint, a laser creates a holographic paint with minute circular diffraction gratings.

The drawings are examples of the invention. First, using etching engraving technology using laser light, a hologram dry plate, on which circular diffraction gratings of 17.5 microns in diameter, 2.5 microns in width for each line, and 2.5 microns in depth are scattered, was reproduced on a model board. The aluminum particles with a purity of 99.9996 are pressed using two model plates to form an 8 micron thick metal piece with minute circular diffraction gratings scattered on both sides, as shown in the figure. When several of these metal pieces with minute circular diffraction gratings are soaked into transparent propylene acid paint, a holographic propylene acid resin paint with minute circular diffraction gratings is created.

[Claims] 1. The present invention is a kind of new type of paint, which is made of paint and fine non-ferrous metal pieces soaked into it. Its feature is that it can produce a physical diffraction phenomenon by pressing extremely small circular diffraction gratings on both sides of a fine piece of non-ferrous metal. The diffracted light rays are reflected by the metal reflective film, emitting beautiful rays of sparkling light in seven colors, and as the viewing angle changes, the colors change accordingly, giving people the feeling of sparkling movement. 2. The present invention also includes a new type of paint processing method. Using etching engraving technology using laser light, we create a dry plate lined with circular diffraction gratings of less than 200 microns in diameter. A high hardness metal model plate or rolling roller mold is then reproduced using this dry plate. Its feature is that a mold with a circular diffraction grating is used to press low hardness metal granules or non-ferrous metal foil into pieces, which are then impregnated into transparent paint. 3. A hologram paint with a fine circular diffraction grating according to claim 1, wherein the metal particles of the circular diffraction grating are made of soft metal such as aluminum, tin, antimony, etc. 4. A holographic paint with a fine circular diffraction grating according to claim 1, wherein the circular diffraction grating has a diameter of 10 to 200 microns. 5. A holographic paint with a fine circular diffraction grating according to claim 1, wherein the metal particles have a diameter of 10 to 600 microns.
